📱 Description

This PR updates core dependencies and modernizes the CI/CD infrastructure for the Brainwallet iOS app. It includes updates to the core SPM module, CircleCI pipeline configurations, and build dependencies via Gemfile to ensure compatibility with the latest tooling and frameworks.
