- Rebase the wasmtime patch series onto v48.0.3, which fixes GHSA-jqpg-j7w6-42pr and GHSA-m63x-6p34-q65x; the executor reaches neither, as it runs without fuel and outside the component model - The stack-limit restore in catch blocks now follows upstream's new fuel reload; the patches are otherwise unchanged
