점검 AI가 긴 호출 ID를 옮겨 치다 틀려 report-missing이 나던 사고를 막는다. watch-report가 환경(KADAN_JUDGE_REQUEST)·점검 폴더에서 ID를 읽고, 넘긴 ID가 다르면 하네스 값이 이기며 idMismatch를 남긴다. 감시AI오류 알림은 누가·무엇을·무슨 일·대상 문제 여부·할 일을 한 줄로 쓴다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- 원장에 있는 인자는 환경·폴더 값이 덮지 않고, 없는 값(오타)만 하네스 값으로 복구한다. 환경과 폴더가 서로 다르면 기록하지 않는다. - 문제 판정은 실제 전달 기록이 있을 때만 따로 보고됨이라 쓴다. - 불일치 인자는 ID 모양일 때만 남기고 그 밖은 길이와 지문만 남긴다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
