chore: let the commit hook accept amend! commits - #124

Conversation
`git commit --fixup=amend:<sha>` and `--fixup=reword:<sha>` write an `amend!` subject, which the commit-msg hook rejected. commit-lint already exempted `fixup!` and `squash!`; `amend!` is the third form git writes for an autosquash rebase and is exempt the same way.

Summary
git commit --fixup=amend:<sha>and--fixup=reword:<sha>write anamend!subject, which the commit-msg hook rejected. It is now exempt likefixup!andsquash!, since an autosquash rebase folds it away before anything lands.
