Move component loading and dispatch into assets/component_loader.xacro, and move the existing body emitter into common/links.xacro. The V2 entry supplies these operations to the shared assembler.
Validation: 13 tests pass on Jazzy, and 13 robot/gripper configurations produce equivalent URDFs.
