Stop output on stop command - #26

Conversation
Output was stopped when the `command` input was `stopped`, but command senders such as `dora-openarm-evaluation-ui` send `start`, `stop` and `quit`. `stopped` is an arm status value, not a command value. So the `command` input never stopped output. Output was stopped only because arms also received `stop` and reported the `stopped` status. Compare with `stop` instead.
