Fix: import plateprep does not match PyPI package name - #1

Conversation
The PyPI package is named plateprep but the only importable module is plate, so `import plateprep` raises ModuleNotFoundError for anyone following the distribution name. Add a thin plateprep package that re-exports plate's __version__, and register it in setuptools packages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
