新增 native-app / native-node 应用契约及唯一 entries/desirecore-control 条目，固定 Control v1.4.0 发布提交与 SHA-256，含 ChatGPT 隧道管理。保持外部智能体应用定位：不注册内部 MCP、不伪装 Docker、不随 DesireCore 启停。
Add the native-host application catalog, pinned release/checksum and complete install/update/uninstall guide. Strict native metadata rejects internal service connection/exposes fields; preserve existing Docker/MCP/external-integration constraints.
兼容条件 / Compatibility
最低客户端 10.0.169（需要原生应用补丁），app-install-manager >=1.4.0（desirecore/agent-desirecore#11 已合并）。目录同步不升级旧桌面客户端或 Agent。Installable describes acquisition on compatible clients, not a claim that desktop 10.0.168 can install it or that ChatGPT end-to-end acceptance is complete.
