…trial #150 This environment cannot post on d6g8k5htny-coder/main, so the review travels as a portable packet: - #174 commits ten tests/tools __pycache__/*.pyc binaries alongside the .gitignore that should exclude them; 'Closes #160' predates a note of the KIMI_EXPORT_2026-08-04_LB addendum that just arrived in Dropbox. - #172 cross-check numbers from an independent share pull (198,053,310 B, 4,014 members, 1,765 distinct sha256 at ~19:00 UTC; 70 new hashes vs #150, 0 removed) and the 70-row TSV so content_hash matching needs no download. Scientific effect: NONE. Review material only; nothing promoted. Co-authored-by: Dylan Roy <d6g8k5htny@privaterelay.appleid.com>

Scientific effect: NONE. Review notes and a byte-level inventory diff only. Nothing promoted, closed or discharged.

portable/review_packets/2026-09-27_review_packet_main_pr172_pr174_dropbox_replay.mdtests/__pycache__/tools/__pycache__.pycbinaries were in the diff of a docs-only PR (resolved before merge — see status).Closes #160(LB-RATE / KIMI-THM-023 HOLD, zero comments) predates any note that aKIMI_EXPORT_2026-08-04_LBaddendum bundle just arrived in Dropbox; suggest recording that in the HOLD's follow-up.dropbox_reconcile.py): independent share pull for cross-checking — 198,053,310 B zip (sha2562ac17b30…), 4,014 members, 1,765 distinct SHA-256 at ~19:00 UTC; vs trial Dropbox → Drive / GitHub gap audit (2026-09-27): what the share holds that Drive and the repos do not #150 (17:19 UTC): 0 removed, 0 changed, 70 new distinct hashes. Notes on why the tool's API-listing count (5,105) is not comparable with zip member counts, and two small suggestions.portable/review_packets/dropbox_replay_2026-09-27T19Z_new_since_pr150.tsv— the 70 new files (path, bytes, sha256, dup-path count), socontent_hashmatching needs no download. Includes the KIMI LB addendum (review material forincoming/only; its self-description is not a status change),research_archive_round3/15, LPW reports, and one personal-looking file (electrianresume.docx) that #172's filter should hold.Companion PRs: trial #150 / #149 carry the replay comments; #155 / #154 / #153 / #152 the CI tip-gate convergence.
No registers, claims or vault mirrors touched; the TSV is a 70-row hash index, not content.
