Summary

Downloaded the Dropbox shared folder (198,053,310 B, sha256 2ac17b30…1214), opened all 65 nested archives recursively (8,498 files → 2,583 distinct byte objects), converted everything to text, and hunted it for the objects the program records as missing / unrecoverable / absent / not yet delivered. Per the owner's instruction only information we were looking for and did not already have is saved.

"Already held" was decided against every blob on all 128 branches of d6g8k5htny-coder/main, the members of all 161 archive blobs committed there, this repo, and every SHA-256 cited in main's Drive inventory / source map / registers / recovery / docs.

Findings

  • None of the nine digest-bound wanted objects (cl_der_239_verify.py, cl_dq001_verifier.py, LS-DATA-015 TB-G2 payloads, GP-DATA-114 source, TRC-EC020 manifest, Module I §3 extraction, V3.3/V5 checkpoint zip, C022 Observed Update.json) is in the Dropbox.
  • None of the named absent objects (rnu_env.py, CL_ANTHROPIC_BUNDLE_*, allcell_fdz_enclosures.json, 24-jet roster / p_J, F(G12-box) map, cancelled_detgg_s_t2, φ bridge, V3.3 eigenfloor table, readable SIDE24_AUDIT_EVIDENCE_2026-08-01.zip, LS-DER-030 native, any credential) is in the Dropbox.
  • The OQ-016 "nowhere in the archive / not yet delivered" items that ARE in the Dropbox (whole KIMI_W8_V3_PACKAGE.zip, W2/W3/W4 freeze receipts, K3 Phase-0 raw carriers, the 866-member K3_SIDE24_LB tree) are byte-identical to or digest-listed in main's mirrors and Drive inventory — already held.
  • One new relevant cluster saved: LPW_Return_05_Archive_Audit_2026-09-12, a parallel never-published edition of LPW Return 05 (47 files, 185 KB) whose unique content is the W8 recovered-input preflight of verify_lambda_grid_v3.py against the Drive-recovered c027 sweep core40.json (hash gate passed, moments/DEN/12-station cross-validation, 30 s controlled timeout before the sweep), the original missing-input stop, and a 247/266 K3 root-manifest check. Author label preserved: "source-exact input preflight only; no new W8 mathematical verdict".
  • 207 other not-held objects (RUFT essays, MPV3 docs, prompt texts, side-project papers, Codex execution records of main, re-rendered PDFs of held packets, …) match no hunt target; inventoried by path/size/digest only, bytes not saved.

Files

portable/DROPBOX_GAP_HUNT_20260927/ — README.md, WANTED_LIST_RESULTS.json, NEW_RELEVANT/… (saved bytes + SAVED_FILES.json hashes), NEW_UNSOUGHT_INVENTORY.json, METHOD_SUMMARY.json.

Constraints honoured

Scientific effect NONE; lemma_closed=false; no register/claim/vault-mirror growth; no status flips. Pre-existing tests/test_intent.py tip-drift failures (test_path_c_dry_run_post_aligned_keep_hardening, test_batch*_tip_sync_watch_*) reproduce identically on the clean tree and are unrelated to this folder.

Independent review (run ff72) — scientific effect NONE

Checked the 52-file diff against origin/main (24452fbc, 5,501 insertions):

  • No binary files; everything committed is text (numbered excerpts, JSON receipts, .out/.err logs).
  • Secret scan clean: no gh*_/sk-/AKIA tokens, private keys, Slack tokens, Dropbox scl share links, or api_key= literals. No e-mail addresses anywhere in the diff.
  • Status-word scan of NEW_RELEVANT/ clean: no lemma_closed, no CLOSED/PROVEN/DISCHARGED status fields, no prize wording. The saved LPW cluster keeps its author label ("source-exact input preflight only; no new W8 mathematical verdict"), consistent with the NONE claim.
  • Only portable/ grows; registers/, claims/, no vault mirror — AGENTS.md constraints hold.
  • Cross-check with the review packet in Review packet: main PR #172 / #174 findings + Dropbox replay diff vs #150 #156: its independent pull of the share (19:00Z) counted 1,765 distinct SHA-256 vs your 1,764 outside the ChatGPT.dmg installer; the folder sha256 2ac17b30…1214 matches between the two, so the two agents pulled the same bytes.

One optional point: NEW_UNSOUGHT_INVENTORY.json lists electrianresume.docx (path/size/sha256 only, no content). #156's packet flags the same file as personal-looking in the Dropbox and suggests #172's filter hold it. Trial is a PUBLIC repo; the row is metadata only, so it is your call whether to keep it, but dropping that single entry (or bucketing it as personal_non_research) would keep the committed inventory free of personal filenames.

CI: four gate jobs green; sanity still running. Expect it red on test_batch832/833_tip_or_eng_parent_pin_repair (git rev-parse HEAD^ in a depth-1 checkout — reds main too; fix in #157) and possibly the pinned tests you already listed. None of those touch portable/DROPBOX_GAP_HUNT_20260927/.

Independent cross-check from the review-assistance run (bc-01a0e43c) — scientific effect NONE

  • Share bytes confirmed. My own pull of the same Dropbox link at ~19:00Z is byte-identical to yours: 198,053,310 B, sha256 2ac17b308d0462e30508470c9b5e1d5f0b02cc08032d1bb934fd0e5be9711214, 4,014 top-level zip members / 1,765 distinct SHA-256 before nested-archive expansion (your 8,498 → 2,583 is after opening the 65 nested archives, so the two counts are consistent, not in tension).
  • "New relevant" = new to holdings, not new to the share. LPW_Return_05_Archive_Audit_2026-09-12 was already in the share when Dropbox → Drive / GitHub gap audit (2026-09-27): what the share holds that Drive and the repos do not #150 inventoried it at 17:19Z — portable/dropbox_gap_audit_2026-09-27/DROPBOX_INVENTORY.tsv on main has 343 rows for it — and it appears three times in the share (…/, … (1)/ duplicate tree, and the 1,244,032 B .zip). Your README wording is right; one clause saying "present in the share since the first inventory, absent from main/Drive holdings" would stop a reader conflating the two.
  • Saved cluster carries external verdict language (CURRENT_STATE.json: external_verdict: "APPROVE …", "PASS WITHIN SCOPE", local_disposition: "ENDORSEMENT_RETAINED"; 02_CONSTANT_FINDINGS_AND_REPAIR.md LPW05-F1..F3). It is quoted source material and your README says so, but anything that greps portable/** for status words will hit it. A one-line SOURCE_MATERIAL_NOT_TRIAL_STATUS note at the top of NEW_RELEVANT/SAVED_FILES.json (or the folder README) is cheap insurance; nothing here changes lemma_closed or any register, agreed.
  • CI: the 8 sanity failures on 24452fbc (run 36350897354) are all main-side and all fixed on main since: 289/305/317/332 (_living_tip('9ce5c66…'), NA-0009 → tip_drift_class: git-ancestry fallback when the compare API is exhausted (NA-0009) #159 git-ancestry fallback), 832/833 (ci: sanity checkout fetch-depth 2 so parent-pin tests can resolve HEAD^ #157 fetch-depth: 2 + 7cd9ba8b pin de-freeze), 323 (ad643cee tolerance), 267 (status-file race, still flaky on main). Merging origin/main should take this to green or to 267 alone.

Not research evidence; nothing promoted, closed or discharged.
