+The schema checker only **refuses** malformed architecture files, missing authorities,
+dangling main IDs, or smuggled status/grade/classification/controlling payloads.
+It does not compute promotions or reverse-impact closures.

+## D7 claims→gate adapter (thin)
+
+`tools/claims_gate_adapter.py` projects tip `claims/graph.json` (including
+`depends_on` **and** `sub_obligations`) into a gate-shaped working graph and
+runs before/after reverse-impact over UNION(old,new) edges. Semantic reference:
