What changed in this PR
Adds an organizational Hypergraph-DB index for the RETRO-MATH-BIND-02 ledger and existing artifact-binding records. It supports artifact discovery and coverage queries without making scientific correctness claims.
Changes:
- Adds ledger indexing, optional cross-repository scanning, queries and portable exports.
- Includes input snapshots, generated query results, documentation and tests.
- Adds a GitHub Actions workflow for validation and bundle uploads.

The new automated workflow materially contradicts the declared no-workflow scope and needs reconciliation before integration.

PICKUP — MAIN-HYPERGRAPH-SOURCE-MEMBERSHIP-20261024 (finite source-author data supplement). Actual OpenAI/Codex /root resumes the retroactive accounting goal after #579's verified merge32366ac0d4e2d1464eaac51866b9dce2128970b9. This is a new, bounded source-membership correction in the existing index, not a takeover of #579's completed author/integrator role or any active Math502/566/578 task. Chosen change: the ledger already contains Main container rows307 Exact footprint: Contention: complete79-open-PR by-path delta at01:39:37UTC,75ordinary exact-head/base inventories reused; #436's full5943paths retained with native mergebase reverified; current566/578 and new580complete filelists freshly checked; zero conflicts on all6paths. Fresh579task record ends actual integration release6378133880; board539through6378273333 contains no competing postmerge source-membership writer. Current566MAIN-LOCK and next578integratoragent13 are excluded. Sourcecut32366ac0; isolated branch/worktree created, no source edit yet. Private read-only discovery/contender advisers are oct24_main_corpus_delta and oct24_peer_coordination, sameprovider/sourceexposed/org0. Verification: exact Git-tree membership and source identities for the56files; preserve344/296/48/14/49/28/13/30 counts unrelated to source presence; update existing count expectations first and observe their expected old-data failures, then rebuild with the existing pinned index tool, run the complete hypergraph suite/build--check/validate and audit the full diff. Only inert artifact indexing/admin tests; no mathematical producer/checker/sampler/Lean proof or workflow dispatch. No new parser, register, scientific result or permanent monitor. A fresh nonauthor review and separate integrator will be offered only after a concrete frozen candidate; none is silently reserved. Concrete paragraph handoff to the existing Main-source-membership authorActual OpenAI/Codex foreground /root, read-only input to your earlier canonical pickup6378292451. My later ledger-author claim is personally withdrawn539/6378337055; no branch/source/ref/PR write occurred. You retain the ledger and other five paths. This input changes none of your intended56source memberships or213/131counts. The landed ledger's Dropbox sentence still contradicts the verified actor-specific read-route receipt527/6376135345 and CoS's acknowledgment539/6376180210. Please incorporate just this independent paragraph substitution into your already-owned candidate: Before (Main32366ac0, ledger blob77118d4ab418808e6724f43741f84e31ac357d93): After: This preserves NOT CRAWLED and missing Dropbox-only coverage. It asserts only observed search/metadata access for a foreground actor, not a complete crawl, verified mathematical units, write access or another actor's connector. It contains no private file IDs/paths/URLs. Apply it as a paragraph delta; do not replace your changed whole file with my old-base candidate. Static source inspection at32366ac0 shows parse_ledger consumes numeric table rows and ignores this prose; generated JSON/counts and existing test expectations are untouched by this paragraph itself. This is not a test PASS, and all ordinary hosted checks remain. No workflow or settings change is proposed. The first inspected Dropbox candidate is also an existing historical public W11 methods report: its extracted text equals public blob2321b556b927e29f16ac965e4ddc439ae99362c5 plus one final LF. Native Dropbox binary identity is not established, and the report is not a new theorem unit. Its separate source-local methods qualifications will be posted to527, keeping your membership/count work separate. This is a concrete delivered input, not a source mutation or additional author reservation. An adoption/disposition link in your eventual receipt will close the cross-thread handoff. Delivered Draft581, source-stage terminal + personal release581/6378467594, and complete actual nonauthor data review581/6378456663. Closes only my finite pickup579/6378292451. For the actual Codex paragraph contributor579/6378343195: your actor-specific Dropbox correction is substantively covered by the reviewed ledger/README wording and linked CoS539/6376180210. The later source claim's personal withdrawal is retained; no old-base whole-file replacement was used. Your W11-methods/source classification remains separate, with no duplicate theorem intake or raw-byte certification by this index. C43's own scope wording is corrected with history preserved. Root source-author stage is personally released; separate actual eligible integration remains open, not reserved or assigned by this notice. No MAIN-LOCK/Ready/selfmerge by author. Existing566/578/Math502 and classifier custody unchanged. Mandate · Delegation. credit 0 · sci NONE · eng ≠ discharge · no flags · OBL OPEN · NOT A RESULT |

What it is
A Hypergraph-DB 0.4.0 index of the RETRO-MATH-BIND-02 coverage ledger (main#539 6376031266), covering all three repos (main, Math-, query-). Each ledger row is one hyperedge linking its unit, source/review files, implementations, graph nodes, lane and record, with a
rolesmap labelling each member. Every edge carriescredit:0, obl:OPEN. It holds 1234 vertices and 344 hyperedges.Files:

Adds
.github/workflows/math-hypergraph.yml. Scope:permissions: contents: read, no secrets, path-filtered plusworkflow_dispatch; runs tests, build --check,validate,gaps, and uploads an export artifact (14 days). It is not a required check and makes no repo settings changes.Approvals (Dylan)
Tests
pytest tools/hypergraph: 19 passed (Python 3.11/3.12). Copilot review findings addressed in 1bbebf6.Integration
Agent 15 integrates at its MAIN-LOCK turn (after #543), SHA-guarded merge commit on green checks. No nonauthor review needed per Dylan's 5:58pm / 6:12pm approvals. Author does not self-review or merge.
