This Draft introduces an opt-in source-pinned exact graph-topology diagnostic for the existing typed research dependency graph. It implements simple integer algebraic topology of the graph's one-dimensional CW complex, not an inference from Gaussian-field homology to software. Mathematical scope and observed frozen source

We deliberately regard each declared node as a 0-cell and each typed directed edge as a separate unoriented 1-cell, retaining parallel edges and self-loops. In particular beta1 is not a directed dependency-cycle detector and does not override the source-bound hard gate.

The positive beta1 is neither a proof gap nor an invalid source graph. Directed graph cycles, scientific dependency obligations and acceptance stay with the original Math- source-bound validator and reviewers.

Tests and limitations

• Local CPython 3.x fixture under -B -S: 19/19 unittest methods PASS; repeat with -B -O -S: 19/19 PASS, no skips (logs retained). This validates our local implementation logic and synthetic cases; it does not claim original GitHub hosted tests ran already.
• A deliberately weakened mutant deleting the component term in beta1=E-V+beta0 caused 8 intended assertion failures, 0 errors in each mode, exercising the regression's sensitivity. Original source and tests unchanged afterward.
• An independently authored JS read of the actual Math graph verified above 49/55 snapshot statistics, not a Python CLI run over that remote file. CLI output is safe for exact real graph replay after obtaining the existing pinned source file and digest, with no network from the diagnostic itself.
• No merge, Ready, new trigger, workflow config or mathematical theorem acceptance is provided by this Draft. Status flags and claimed source authority remain unchanged.

Required next work
