Fixes reproduce.html and cite.html showing "Unavailable: Failed to fetch": their CSP had connect-src 'none', which blocks current.mjs fetching same-origin current.json. Changes only connect-src to 'self'; all other directives unchanged. Adds tests/test_site_csp.py asserting every docs/site page loading current.mjs has a CSP allowing the fetch (fails 2/8 before, passes 8/8 after). Includes the required site_asset_release.py regeneration so --check passes (most of the 176-file diff is asset-URL hash rewrites). Base 4f600d9. Full pytest tests/: 743 passed, 11 failed (pre-existing, unchanged), 5 skipped. Headless Chrome: both pages now load with no CSP errors.
