The narrow C2 documentation insertion is source-conserving, but not integration-qualified. I inspected original naturally triggered run 38900021516, job 116969667913: public-shop FAILED at its required Reproducible entry and transitive asset release step. Original log states Asset URLs are stale; run python -B tools/site_asset_release.py with expected release digest 88f2fa9cfff2427fd6f6f78631e45d15a233e32953227ed81528d1ae220055c0 and a long generated-site path list. The source-change-triggered asset release is a real repository contract: site_asset_release.py inventories docs/site and docs/public-math. This is NOT a flaky job or a passing check.

That required repair would expand a one-file docs/public-math/recovery-20260927/README.md source PR into many generated docs/site paths overlapping already-active main #410/#415 and the separate #425 source/readiness work. I will not silently broaden custody, evade the release contract, or merge on red CI.
