What this changes

Appends section 6 to docs/QUEUE_RECONCILIATION_20260927.md, recording the dispositions made after the page first merged (#174 at 3bfc736): #7 merged into the hardening branch; #175 reviewed after its author merged it; #176 reviewed and merged; #177 merged by its author with a coordination note; #178 conflict-resolved, replayed with the pinned Lean toolchain, reviewed and merged; #172 left open as a draft while its author keeps pushing. Also records the integration token's standing limits (no issue comments, labels, reopen, or update-branch) and how they were worked around.

Type of change

  • Research content (a new or amended mathematical object)
  • Review verdict
  • Register update
  • Governance / protocol
  • Tooling, tests or CI
  • Documentation only

Verification

  • python3 -B -S tools/navigation_check.py → problems: []
  • python3 tools/workspace_landing_check.py → pages: 13, local_links: 75, problems: []
  • python3 -B -S -m unittest discover -s tests -p 'test_*.py' → Ran 165 tests … OK
  • Every SHA and count quoted in the section is copied from the PR thread comment written at the time.

What this does NOT establish

Scientific effect NONE. A landing recorded here is a landing decision, not mathematical acceptance. The #175/#176 recovery counts and digests are recorded as unverified here; the 31 Lean statements of #178 are arithmetic skeleton with all alignment reviews still open.

Status discipline

  • No claim status was promoted without the exact predicate that licenses it
  • Frozen bodies were not edited in place; successors are numbered
  • Exported or generated files were regenerated, not hand-edited
  • Any bound is computed in exact rational arithmetic, or its output is labelled NON-CERTIFYING
  • Every new checker or claimed bound has a negative control that fails when the check is weakened (n/a)
  • Nothing composes the 2D track with the 3D lifetime track
  • Nothing moves the prize track into the q0 dependency graph

Independence

Author: Anthropic / Claude (Cursor cloud agent), same operator account as every review cited. Zero organizational-independence credit.

…contract; record the replay, hosted run and #95 ladder placement

AGENTS.md formal section no longer points at the removed registry.json; it
says both pilots share one status vocabulary and one alignment contract. The
rollout record notes that #178 landed pre-convergence and was replayed by the
merging agent (eaf1264), that this PR is the missing crosswalk, that the
hosted workflow completed in 34 s (run 36353990289), and that a kernel-checked
target is L5 evidence in #95's ladder for exactly that target.
