The remote-collision workflow accepted an unrelated crash as a successful mutant rejection when it exited 1, and ignored baseline stderr. This change requires each mutant's complete native, label-specific JSON report, exit 1 and empty stderr in both child modes. The baseline retains exact RESULTS bytes, exit 0 and empty stderr.

Only .github/workflows/remote-collision.yml and new tests/test_remote_collision_workflow.py change. The entire original mathematical packet, source preflight, pinned actions/Python 3.11.16, permissions, timeouts, both child modes and final Git check are preserved. Tests execute the actual named Bash block with real subprocesses in committed synthetic repositories.

  • Original wrapper RED: 13 methods, 123 intended assertion failures, zero errors. Repaired wrapper GREEN: 13/13 normally and under -O. Eight independent protocol weakenings fail for the intended reason in each outer mode.
  • Author-side authentic unchanged checker: 12 real executions, baseline and all five mutants in both modes; exact reports and empty stderr. Complete repaired verifier passes on the untouched packet.
  • Local CPython3.12.14 full suites: 887 tests each, OK(skipped=1). Author receipt6203746466 preserves the binding distinction: the first normal run spans same-tree commit alignment; the optimized run begins/ends at clean published head. The hosted full run supplies fixed tested-merge evidence. Its local skip explicitly requires hosted CPython3.11.

Task: Math-#322 pickup6203464260, mirrored on main#419. This repairs only the remote-collision candidate and does not close the whole audit.

Actual source writer: OpenAI/Codex reactor-adaptation /root session, with a test-author subagent; distinct nonauthor reviewer and integrator. Shared principal/provider, source-exposed, organizational-independence credit0. Scientific effect NONE; no theorem, mathematical acceptance or scientific-status changes. Reactor implementation remains held under its existing contract.

Preserve the scientific packet and validate complete stdout, status, and stderr in both child modes. Exercise the full Bash verifier with coherent protocol controls.

PICKUP — NONAUTHOR-REMOTE-COLLISION-REVIEW-REBIND-20261015

Dylan Roy — delegated AI review. Actual performer: OpenAI/Codex remote_collision_review subagent in the reactor-adaptation session, distinct from the workflow source writer and test author. This reviewer performed the earlier local source review and focused execution; source/discussion exposed, same GitHub principal/provider, organizational-independence credit 0. Dylan's personal reading PENDING. Scientific effect NONE.

I take only the bounded public rebinding of that existing nonauthor engineering review to head a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6, parent 5bb042a131ba816f4c6d57ca7bb29e056dd3b4af, tree b7785a9721480d3161c3b7a375579dd61621250a, and exactly two changed paths:

  • .github/workflows/remote-collision.yml, blob 9200a1c14276746883c30b38ef8c4bd74aa90f51;
  • tests/test_remote_collision_workflow.py, blob 800f9cb7f170e1e872b07ceacd31ad8c38f8526b.

The published commit/parent/tree/two-file inventory match the reviewed candidate. Author task: Math-#322 pickup6203464260. I will reread this PR for contention, deliver a commit-bound COMMENT review and personally release this review-only claim in this foreground run (checkpoint within 10 minutes). No source edits, Ready, approval, integration, full-suite duplication, or mathematical acceptance. Hosted checks and the author's full normal suite remain pending; none is inferred passed. This does not take over or release the writer's claim.

DELIVERED / personal source-writer RELEASE — Math-#322 pickup6203464260.

The two-file candidate is published at head a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6, parent 5bb042a131ba816f4c6d57ca7bb29e056dd3b4af, tree b7785a9721480d3161c3b7a375579dd61621250a. Native readback confirms exactly the intended two paths (286 additions / 6 removals), workflow blob 9200a1c14276746883c30b38ef8c4bd74aa90f51, test blob 800f9cb7f170e1e872b07ceacd31ad8c38f8526b. The original packet is unchanged. The intervening #461 base advance affects only downstream-gate concurrency and has been preserved.

The PR body records original RED, repaired GREEN, authentic CLI and eight independent weakening controls. The local checkout now matches the published tree and is clean. Full normal/optimized local suites and the three native hosted workflows are running; no pending check is represented as success. The actual fresh nonauthor reviewer is rebinding the already completed scoped review here.

I release only my finite source-writing scope. I retain no Ready, branch-refresh or integration reservation and will only monitor receipts or address a separately claimed actual finding. A distinct eligible integrator may personally pick up this unowned ordinary integration after checking reviews, current serial claims, protections and required checks; Ready-triggered automatic review must complete and findings be reconciled before guarded merge. This is not approval, a bypass, or a request to duplicate the completed nonauthor review.

Actual writer OpenAI/Codex reactor-adaptation /root, with test-author subagent; same provider/shared principal/source-exposed, organizational-independence credit 0. Scientific effect NONE. #322 remains open for other candidates. Reactor remains held.

PASS_SCOPED — nonauthor engineering review of a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6; no concrete AMEND finding.

Dylan Roy — delegated AI review. Actual performer: OpenAI/Codex remote_collision_review subagent, distinct from the workflow source writer and test author. This is the public commit rebinding of my completed local source review and focused execution, not a newly rerun full review. Source/discussion exposed; same GitHub principal/provider; organizational-independence credit 0. Dylan's personal reading PENDING. Scientific effect NONE.

Exact scope. Parent 5bb042a131ba816f4c6d57ca7bb29e056dd3b4af, tree b7785a9721480d3161c3b7a375579dd61621250a; exactly two changed paths:

Path Git blob SHA-256
.github/workflows/remote-collision.yml 9200a1c14276746883c30b38ef8c4bd74aa90f51 35e78f9126d65f56fed12be637aab9e4864fa18442332ee5c88e8b3f030357b3

Native PR and commit readback match the frozen reviewed bytes. The original scientific packet is unchanged: checker blob 4c9fdededca2d392da846ac65ba69b60f224e485, RESULTS blob c84d974b4d3a3da11a73ddf11c2abcd2313aa97c. The intervening base advance changes only downstream-gate concurrency and does not change this review's inputs.

Findings. The five label-specific maps agree with the original checker and RESULTS: Jacobian flips both J checks; trapezoid flips one T and one F check; one-determinant flips its single L check; window-factor flips both intended L checks; Bonferroni flips its first-order B check. Requiring the complete exact report, rc 1 and empty stderr closes the unrelated-crash acceptance gap. Baseline exact bytes, rc 0 and empty stderr are enforced. Pinned actions/Python, permissions, job/child timeouts, both child modes, source preflight and final Git guard are preserved.

The tests execute the actual named Bash block with real Python children in committed synthetic repositories. Selected-child diagnostics and exact event prefixes establish failure causality; source corruptions are committed before execution, isolating source guards from dirty-Git rejection. My read-only test-causality helper found no concrete fixture defect. My focused optimized outer-mode run passed five methods: valid 12-child sequence, baseline stderr, four source-guard cases, final dirty-Git guard and wiring. git diff --check passed. I did not duplicate the author's full suite or authentic native CLI replay, and do not claim those as my executions.

Limits. Local engineering/protocol evidence only. Synthetic fixtures do not establish native mathematical correctness; effective bytecode suppression does not distinguish -B from the fixture environment setting. Existing source/Git guards are preserved rather than promoted to adversarial security guarantees. At my pre-review read, hosted checks and the author's full normal/optimized repository suites were still running; their success is not inferred. No theorem, formal alignment, independent-human review, organizational independence, Ready or merge acceptance is supplied. Changed reviewed bytes, dependencies or scope require a successor disposition.

Review pickup: #466 (comment) . Author task: #322 (comment) . No source changes or integration reservation were taken.

DELIVERED / PERSONAL REVIEW RELEASE — NONAUTHOR-REMOTE-COLLISION-REVIEW-REBIND-20261015

Actual OpenAI/Codex remote_collision_review subagent, distinct from the source writer/test author; source-exposed, same principal/provider, organizational-independence credit 0; scientific effect NONE. I personally release only my review pickup6203655522.

Canonical delivery is the actual native COMMENT review5540742239: PASS_SCOPED, bound to head a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6 and the exact two blobs listed there; complete review body, commit and COMMENTED state read back exactly. Its scope and pending-validation limits remain in force. This is not APPROVE or mathematical acceptance.

No source edits, Ready, branch refresh, integration reservation or merge action was taken. No new full-suite or hosted success is claimed. The writer's separate personal release remains its own record; this closes only my finite review/rebinding scope. Dylan's personal reading PENDING.

PICKUP — PC-M466-SEPARATE-INTEGRATION-20261015.

Actual performer: OpenAI/Codex project_coordination subagent in the reactor-adaptation session, distinct from the workflow source writer, test author and nonauthor reviewer. My prior work was read-only discovery/coordination; no source or review authorship. Shared principal/provider and source/discussion exposed, organizational-independence credit 0; scientific effect NONE.

I personally accept the prospective bounded integration handoff in main#419/6203658949 following the writer's personal source release6203656333. Exact candidate: head a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6, parent/live main 5bb042a131ba816f4c6d57ca7bb29e056dd3b4af, tree b7785a9721480d3161c3b7a375579dd61621250a; only .github/workflows/remote-collision.yml and tests/test_remote_collision_workflow.py.

Fresh complete PR/current #419 reads show the writer released and no competing integration pickup. I will immediately reread intervening claims before substantive action. Finite foreground stage: authenticate full diff and unchanged source identities; await the actual native nonauthor COMMENT verdict and current dedicated Python3.11.16/full/formal/downstream evidence; reconcile required checks, reviews/threads and protections; if eligible mark Ready, wait for the resulting automatic review and resolve its findings, then use an expected-head guarded ordinary merge and verify landed source and natural post-merge checks. Expected-old-ref guards apply if a source-preserving refresh is actually needed. No source change, fabricated approval, protection bypass, duplicate local full suite or Reactor activation. Stop on collision, moved source, unresolved finding, missing/failed evidence or denial; no route around a denial. Checkpoint/delivery or precise blocker and personal release within60 minutes of this pickup.

Author verification addendum at unchanged head a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6: both local full suites completed with exit0, 887 tests / OK (skipped=1) on CPython3.12.14. Normal391.430s; optimized409.747s. The one skip is the pre-existing test_real_python311_original_and_candidate_zero_pass_fail_controls, which explicitly requires hosted CPython3.11.

Binding precision: the first normal run used the identical candidate tree but began before I aligned local HEAD to the published Git commit; it is candidate-tree evidence, not a fixed-commit receipt. The full optimized run began and ended at the clean published commit. Native hosted runs supply the fixed tested-merge binding; those results remain the integrator's separately verified records. No source or PR-state change by this addendum.

The native nonauthor engineering COMMENT verdict is 5540742239, with personal reviewer release 6203667755. Separate integration is owned by project_coordination under 6203670987. Source-writer release6203656333 remains in effect. Actual OpenAI/Codex reactor-adaptation /root; org0/scientific effect NONE.

Integration checkpoint — PC-M466-SEPARATE-INTEGRATION-20261015, actual OpenAI/Codex project_coordination, no source/review authorship. Head remains a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6; main/base remains 5bb042a131ba816f4c6d57ca7bb29e056dd3b4af.

Current native evidence inspected:

  • Full two-file diff and source bindings match COMMENT PASS_SCOPED5540742239; reviewer and writer personally released. No unresolved review threads.
  • Dedicated38817801927/1: Python3.11.16, 13 methods in each outer mode OK, authentic source-bound baseline/five-mutant replay and final Git guard SUCCESS.
  • Full38817801695/1: 887 tests normal/optimized, respectively272.442s/290.537s, both OK; unchanged-checkout guard SUCCESS.
  • Downstream/formal/required38817801721/1: all SUCCESS. Formal/aggregate receipt SHA256 dccca8ba3ea36e3e012e5c34ba9547e5d0df2f06809d31655fffc1067f4f52f3.
  • Actual tested merge 6dc9e65d577a405ca1bfd65be4570743288dde95 has parents [5bb042a…, a5767895…] and reviewed tree b7785a9721480d3161c3b7a375579dd61621250a. Native job logs bind that commit; no old check rebinding.
  • Public ruleset24045351 is active/strict, requires math-downstream-gates and thread resolution, permits zero GitHub approvals, and has no bypass actors/current-user bypass. The legacy branch-protection endpoint returned403 and was not retried; no settings mutation or bypass.

I marked Ready at22:43:43Z after those checks. Next: wait for the Ready-triggered automatic review, reconcile any findings, then freshly recheck source/base/ownership/checks before an expected-head guarded ordinary merge. No merge yet. Scientific effect NONE; organizational-independence credit0. Author local-run binding precision remains in6203746466; the hosted full run supplies the frozen merge-commit evidence. Reactor remains held.

COMPLETE / PERSONAL INTEGRATION RELEASE — PC-M466-SEPARATE-INTEGRATION-20261015.

Actual OpenAI/Codex project_coordination subagent, distinct from the source writer, test author and nonauthor reviewer; shared principal/provider, source-exposed, organizational-independence credit0; scientific effect NONE.

Landed and independently read back: ordinary expected-head guarded merge at22:49:31Z produced a28d75f373ebfa455b092ae20508cad0ea61a73a. Its parents are exactly [5bb042a131ba816f4c6d57ca7bb29e056dd3b4af, a576789560a365641a02d93f7009fb1229587ac6], and tree b7785a9721480d3161c3b7a375579dd61621250a equals both the reviewed head and tested merge tree. Current main was independently read at that landing. The complete prior-main comparison changes only the reviewed workflow blob 9200a1c14276746883c30b38ef8c4bd74aa90f51 and new test blob 800f9cb7f170e1e872b07ceacd31ad8c38f8526b; the mathematical packet is unchanged.

Review chronology: actual native nonauthor COMMENT 5540742239 is PASS_SCOPED at the exact head, with own reviewer release. Ready22:43:43Z triggered the separate automatic review6203812097, completed22:48:21.747436Z on that same head with has_any_findings=false and has_unresolved_findings=false, before merge. Fresh final full-diff/source/base/claims/reviews/checks/ruleset reads and empty review threads were reconciled before the merge. No self-approval, bypass, source refresh or settings change.

Verification: candidate checkpoint6203817155 retains the dedicated normal/-O 13-method/native-packet run, full hosted887 tests per mode and exact tested-merge formal/downstream/required evidence. The original natural post-merge push38819702516/attempt1 now independently reports SUCCESS for downstream-replay, formal/formal-evidence and required math-downstream-gates. Actual formal and aggregate logs bind checked commit a28d75f373ebfa455b092ae20508cad0ea61a73a, run38819702516, attempt1, and original receipt SHA256 57cd2dce4a37a988ae800063ec345cf78913d3cfec8d98ecadcd79ec5ab1aef8. No rerun or old-receipt rebinding.

I personally release my entire finite integration/Ready/merge/post-merge scope pickup6203670987. Writer and reviewer releases remain their own records. This repairs only #322's remote-collision wrapper; #322 remains open for other candidates. Reactor remains subject to its explicit scope/role gate. Engineering verification and this merge do not establish mathematical acceptance, independent-human review or scientific promotion.
