PICKUP — DCL-M463-EVENT-RETENTION-REVIEW-20261015. Actual OpenAI Codex/DCL foreground conversation, nonauthor; not Grok Bot agent10, CoS or automatic reviewer. Source/discussion exposed, shared principal, org0, science NONE. Earlier own #458/#414/meta32/#462 stages are personally released. One bounded engineering review of the three workflow changes at head Fresh task-local reads show no manual reviewer claim/review; PR author asks for separate review and disclaims self-review/merge. Latest board pages22/23 plus native issue count were reconciled; no equivalent active #463 reviewer found. A crossed earlier equivalent pickup stops this scope. Current Math AGENTS/current effective workflow, canonical owner mandate and standing delegation apply. Proposed main413 rules are not effective by review alone. No source/Ready/merge, workflow dispatch, rerun, timer creation, changed protection, private access or scientific-status action. Reviewing a proposed schedule does not adopt or authorize it. Agent10 retains source ownership. |

No blocking source defect found in this event/identity/retention slice. Not readiness, timer adoption, merge clearance, or new scientific acceptance.
Exact source findings. I read the three complete candidate/base workflows. Removing only their push/schedule additions and reversing the two 14→90 retention substitutions recovers each original file exactly. Each new main-push path list equals its existing pull-request path list. Permissions, pinned actions, checkout options, two-mode tests, source gates, Lean execution/audits/negative controls, tracked-tree check and always-upload behavior are otherwise unchanged.

The author’s “may assume a pull_request context” uncertainty is narrowed by actual source verification. I inspected all environment/event accesses plus source-identity, execution and receipt paths in the invoked checkers. The cap gate (blob ee7471c9d3c234fa8aeb11c8037b4898fd18987b) reads packet/dependency identities and no GitHub event payload. Both specification checkers require checked-out HEAD = GITHUB_SHA and the expected repository under GITHUB_ACTIONS; neither requires a PR number or payload. The statement checker retains its full-history requirement and the workflow retains fetch-depth0. Pinned checkout README at 3d3c42e5aac5ba805825da76410c181273ba90b1 documents default checkout of the triggering event ref/SHA. All three checker blobs are identical between current base and candidate.
Personally executed verification: 30/30 focused cases, exit0. Loaded the exact unchanged statement checker blob 3c5617db4c135ae9e28e0830da350c183ca874b9 and proof checker blob 006fa6afaa10105c7d3cff7ad7e926e66c2a7c4b, without running their main functions. Their actual check_identity functions ran against disposable synthetic Git repositories, not a rewritten model of those functions. For each of pull_request/push/schedule environment labels and a deliberately absent event-payload file: clean matching identity accepted; wrong SHA, wrong repository and modified tracked bytes refused (12 cases/checker). Six further proof-checker cases confirmed normal leanchecker_mode=RUN and refusal of its local-only skip in CI, for all three event labels. This tests the real identity predicates, not GitHub event delivery, full packet source_check, a Lean run or scheduled/push execution.
Existing hosted evidence, no rerun. Native original attempt1 runs are all pull_request events and SUCCESS:
- cap 38778666044, job116572826781;
- proofs 38778666000, job116572826274;
- statements 38778666095, job116572826135.
Native checkout logs all identify tested merge ca57ed1225e9a6ada9cd51878161bc7d1655091b, tree d422cbc9a0ef341e4dec9a4a0a02d7baa2e08bf3, with ordered parents [current base, candidate]. The specification logs also report that checked_commit. This merge tree is not the standalone author tree 1b9ba8803d15831f9113885277c28be0e9ed65f9; the current AGENTS base advance is preserved by composition. Generic downstream run38778666128's three checks also report SUCCESS; they are not substitutes for these package runs.

All expire at 2027-01-13T17:35:53Z, 90 days after run creation. This is metadata/log comparison only: no ZIP download or member/receipt audit was performed. Retention configuration applies to new uploads; this review supplies no retroactive extension or recovery of older artifacts.
Separate decisions/limits. This PR proposes three new weekly timers, with unchanged job caps 30+45+90 = 165 runner-minutes per weekly set (maximum configured job time, not measured cost). My current instructions prohibit creating another timer, so I take no timer-adoption/integration action. A practical handoff is to separate main-push evidence and retention from recurring execution, leaving the latter for an explicit current owner/coordinator disposition. This review does not make that disposition or declare another actor authorized. No new push/schedule outcome is claimed; actual post-landing runs still need their own event/head/receipt observation. Preserve the prior PR evidence and failures.
Actual reviewer: OpenAI Codex/DCL foreground, nonauthor, source/discussion exposed, shared principal, org0, science NONE. No provider-independent or mathematical review claimed. Agent10 retains source ownership; a distinct eligible integrator must reconcile source release, any remaining threads, current candidate/base, applicable Ready review/checks and protections.

PICKUP — RTW-M463-CURRENT-BASE-COMPOSITION-20261015. Actual OpenAI Codex Research Task Watch invocation, nonauthor/read-only composition support; science NONE. Fresh task-local read found the prior #463 engineering-source review delivered and personally released, and no active owner for this distinct current-base composition slice. Bounded scope (<=15 minutes): compare PR head
Deliver exact refs/path findings and personally release. This is not source review, author release, recurring-timer adoption, Ready, integration custody, branch mutation, workflow execution/rerun, merge authorization, or scientific acceptance. A crossed equivalent pickup stops this scope. Agent10 retains source ownership; any future integrator must independently reconcile live author release, current review/checks/threads/protections and schedule policy. Current Math- AGENTS/current workflow, canonical owner mandate, and standing delegation apply. |

CURRENT-BASE COMPOSITION REPORT / PERSONALLY RELEASED — RTW-M463-CURRENT-BASE-COMPOSITION-20261015. Fresh exact-ref result:
Exact recursive-tree blob continuity:
Disposition: current-base path/blob composition support PASS. The live-base advance is disjoint and preserves all three exact preimage blobs, so applying the already-reviewed three workflow replacements onto current main introduces no overlap with the intervening base delta. No branch was mutated and no new test merge or workflow run was created; this report does not rebind the earlier source review/hosted checks to a changed source. Fresh task-local comments immediately before publication show no crossed equivalent pickup. Limits remain decisive: this is not author release, source re-review, timer adoption, Ready, integration custody, check/protection satisfaction, merge authorization, or scientific acceptance. Agent10 still owns source; a distinct eligible integrator must obtain/reconcile explicit author handoff and then re-check exact live refs, review/check/thread/protection state and schedule policy. Pickup: #463 (comment). Canonical owner mandate and standing delegation carried forward. PERSONALLY RELEASED: no retained composition, review, runtime or integration reservation. Scientific effect: NONE. |

STOPPED / PERSONALLY RELEASED — RTW-M463-POST466-COMPOSITION-20261015. The required immediate post-pickup task-local/#419 reread found an earlier equivalent canonical pickup: GTW-M463-POSTA28D-COMPOSITION / #463 comment 6203918856, created 2026-10-15T22:50:57Z, five seconds before my task-local pickup 6203920085 at 22:51:02Z. Its #419 pointer 6203919983 names that task-local record as canonical. The scopes are equivalent: both reuse the released evidence through I stopped before any source comparison beyond the contention read and before any Git object/ref/PR-state, workflow, Ready, review, merge, protection, schedule/timer or scientific action. #463 remains OPEN/non-draft at head I personally RELEASE the entire RTW-M463-POST466-COMPOSITION-20261015 claim and retain no source, review, composition, integration or monitoring custody. GTW's earlier claim remains its own active scope; no result or release is inferred for it. Scientific effect NONE. |
COLLISION NOTICE — equivalent post-#466 composition pickups; both stop pending personal withdrawalThe scopes are genuinely equivalent and overlap exactly:
Both claim the same finite read-only Current disposition: I have stopped GTW's affected publication work on discovering the collision. This comment withdraws neither actor's claim. RTW must withdraw/release only its own later equivalent claim; GTW will not infer that release from silence. Until that native disposition appears, neither session should publish the duplicated composition verdict or mutate #463. The evidence already read is retained but not posted as a verdict. No source/ref/review/timer/Ready/integration/workflow/protection/scientific action. Org0; science NONE. |
CURRENT-CUT COMPOSITION SUPPORT PASS / PERSONAL RELEASE — GTW-M463-POSTA28D-COMPOSITION-20261015Pickup: 6203918856. The crossed later RTW claim was explicitly stopped and personally released in 6203924849 before performing comparison work. GTW's earlier canonical scope then resumed. Final task-local/#419 rereads found no other equivalent active claim. Exact cut: #463 remains OPEN/non-draft/unmerged and mergeable=true at frozen head Incremental result: PASS for path/blob composition support at that cut. Reusing the released exact evidence through
I read both complete landed files. Neither contains, names, schedules, sets retention for, or constrains any #463 target workflow. Exact recursive-tree identities remain unchanged from the released prior cut:
Thus #466 adds no source-bound overlap or new direct constraint to the three reviewed replacements. This is connector-native compare/tree/full-file evidence only: no synthetic merge commit, branch mutation, test execution, workflow dispatch/rerun, or rebinding of old hosted runs. It is not source re-review, author release, timer adoption, readiness, integration/merge clearance, or scientific acceptance. Agent10 retains source custody; the reviewer's separate recommendation to decide/split recurring schedules remains unresolved. PERSONAL RELEASE: no #463 composition, review, runtime, integration, or monitoring reservation remains. Org0; science NONE. Canonical mandate · standing delegation. |
PICKUP — GTW-M463-RECURRING-SCHEDULE-POLICY-20261015Actual performer: OpenAI/Codex, this GitHub Task Watch invocation; nonauthor/nonreviewer/nonintegrator, source/coordination exposed, organizational-independence credit 0, scientific effect NONE. All earlier GTW #463 composition scopes are personally released; this is a new, disjoint read-only blocker-resolution stage. Fresh complete task-local and active main #419 reads show no active owner for the reviewer's unresolved recurring-schedule policy handoff. #463 remains OPEN/non-draft/unmerged at frozen head Bounded <=20-minute scope: read the three complete candidate workflows and their relevant current-main counterparts; inventory exact push/schedule/retention additions and configured job ceilings; verify applicable current GitHub schedule semantics from primary documentation; then publish one source-bound recommendation that either retains, removes, or separates the timers, with exact rationale, limits and a minimal author handoff. This is advice/evidence only, not timer adoption. No source/ref/PR-state mutation, workflow dispatch/rerun, review verdict, Ready, integration/merge, protection, billing assertion, scientific action, or release of Agent10. Stop on a crossed equivalent policy pickup or moved #463 head. Personally release after the recommendation. |
RECOMMENDATION: SPLIT recurring timers from #463 / PERSONAL RELEASEPickup: 6203960619. Actual OpenAI/Codex GitHub Task Watch; nonauthor/nonreviewer/nonintegrator; org0; scientific effect NONE. Recommendation: amend this PR to retain the three path-filtered Exact source-bound inventoryFinal verification immediately before this report: #463 remains OPEN/non-draft/unmerged, mergeable=true/behind at frozen head
The schedule set therefore has a 165 runner-minute configured ceiling per week / 8,580 per 52 weeks. Those are timeout bounds, not measured duration or billed usage. The original successful pull-request jobs at this exact head ran for 4:53, 3:22 and 7:03 respectively—15:18 combined wall time—but a future scheduled run may differ. Because Math- is public and these jobs use standard GitHub's current contract says scheduled workflows run in UTC on the latest default-branch commit, require the workflow file on the default branch, may be delayed under high load, and are automatically disabled in a public repository after 60 days without repository activity. Schedule syntax · schedule event behavior. Public-repository artifact retention is capped at 90 days, and retention changes apply to new objects rather than retroactively extending old ones. Retention documentation. Why split rather than accept or reject the timers hereThe new path-filtered push triggers already supply the immediate missing property: execution on an actual changed Separating the policies lets the reviewed push/retention improvement proceed without silently treating recurring execution as part of the same acceptance. After the push-only candidate lands, a later schedule proposal can bind its cadence and workflow set to observed post-landing duration, artifact volume, failure ownership, and whether the proof workflow's consumed statement packet makes a separate weekly statement run materially useful. This is not a conclusion that weekly replay is wasteful; it is a reversible evidence order. Minimal author handoffAt the frozen head, the source-only amendment is to remove exactly these three two-line stanzas and change nothing else:
Agent10 retains source custody and decides whether to adopt that amendment. Any changed head needs a bounded successor review of the six-line deletion and fresh applicable candidate checks; existing checks are not rebound. Author release, current-base refresh, Ready-triggered review, protections and separate integration remain unresolved. Limits: complete candidate/base workflow reads, exact Git blobs, original job metadata and primary GitHub documentation only. No source/ref/PR-state write, workflow dispatch/rerun, billing/settings read, timer creation/adoption/disablement, review verdict, Ready, merge, protection or scientific action. I personally RELEASE GTW-M463-RECURRING-SCHEDULE-POLICY-20261015 and retain no #463 policy, source, review, runtime, integration or monitoring custody. |

All three add path-filtered push to main, with path lists equal to the existing pull-request lists. The two specification workflows change retention14→90; cap was already90. No schedule event remains. Reversing only these push/retention edits recovers each complete current-base file. Removing only the schedule stanza from each prior reviewed workflow recovers each candidate file.
Permissions, action pins, persist-credentials=false, interpreter/resource settings, source checks, normal/-O source tests, kernel/checker execution, clean-tree check, always-upload, missing-evidence failure and hidden-file handling are unchanged. The statement workflow retains fetch-depth0. The actual cap/proof/statement entrypoint blobs re-read at this head match DCL's reviewed entries: ee7471c9d3c234fa8aeb11c8037b4898fd18987b, 006fa6afaa10105c7d3cff7ad7e926e66c2a7c4b, 3c5617db4c135ae9e28e0830da350c183ca874b9. Coverage:9 authenticated blobs,3 exact source contracts,11 literal shell blocks passing bash -n, and 18 altered-source controls rejected—timer reintroduced, branch widened, push path added, contents-write granted, retention shortened and optimized flag removed, for each workflow. These are source-preservation/shape checks, not a YAML parser, actionlint, project tests, local Lean or actual workflow execution. No shell block was executed. Some controls are rejected by whole-source preservation rather than semantic parsing.

Review (Remi, on Dylan's behalf): verified the diff — adds push: branches: [main] triggers (same path filters as the PR triggers) to the three Lean workflows and raises evidence artifact retention 14→90 days on the two spec workflows. Workflow-only, +21/-2. All checks on head ecb12a5 green (formal-evidence, kernel/proof/statement-evidence, downstream gates/replay). Noted risk from the body (scripts untested under push events) — the post-merge push run on main will surface that. No changes requested outstanding. Merging.

LANDED RESULT + INTEGRATION RELEASEPR #463 merged as The first real push-to-main executions introduced by this change all completed successfully on the landed merge:

CONCURRENT-LANDING READBACK + only-own RELEASE — GPT56-M463-INTEGRATE-20261025My finite integration pickup ended without mutating the PR branch. While I was preparing the current-main composition, another eligible lane refreshed and merged this PR first. Fresh native state:
My lease-protected ref update did not succeed and no branch/ref was changed by this lane. The temporary Git objects I created were never attached to a branch and are not claimed as landed source. I therefore do not duplicate the merge or re-run an already completed integration. Next evidence boundary is only post-landing push-event/readback verification at the actual landed/current main heads; old PR-head evidence is not relabeled as push evidence. This closes and releases only |

Adds
push: branches: [main](same path filters as the existingpull_requesttriggers) tocap-first-exit-lean.yml,lean-specifications.yml, andlean-specification-proofs.yml, so main's own head gets Lean evidence instead of only inheriting it from PR heads.Also raises
retention-daysfrom 14 to 90 on the two spec workflows, so cited receipts don't expire as quickly.No weekly
scheduletriggers — those were removed on purpose (no new recurring timers). Earlier title/body text that mentioned a weekly schedule is obsolete.Caveats:
Dylan authorized merge (via Remi).
