The first compact source-cutoff leaf has two unfinished proofs, and the earlier import attempts produced no typed diagnostic. This increment creates a reproducible hosted compiler baseline for that leaf.

The package preserves all 27 inherited Lean modules byte for byte, with a separate diagnostic fixture that adds only open MorseCongruence to the original target. It pins Lean 4.34.1, Mathlib and all eight transitive Git dependencies, and binds the source set with a relative-path manifest and checksums. All 37 added files have completed source-exposed, nonauthor static review. Review is not compiler or proof evidence.

The new workflow admits one pull-request-opened attempt before 2026-10-10 18:30 UTC. It records checkout identity, source hashes, actual dependency revisions, versions, timing, exit codes and complete logs; builds PushedHeight first; then records the original target diagnostic and executes the namespace-qualified target. A nonzero final diagnostic leaves the job failed. Only the two intended unfinished-proof goals, with no other error or timeout, can establish a typed RED baseline. The workflow uses the pinned Mathlib cache and builds the project sources fresh.

Validation: full inert byte and Git-object identity checks, real Ruby/Psych YAML parsing, nonauthor static review and scoped workflow re-review, followed by actual hosted run 38074244710, attempt 1 on head 06bac48. PushedHeight built successfully in 140 seconds (exit 0). The original target exited 1 in 5 seconds with two unfinished-proof errors plus a separate Sym n type mismatch. The namespace-only fixture exited 1 in 5 seconds with exactly the two intended full-context unfinished-proof goals and no other error or timeout: typed RED established. Its real exit 1 made the diagnostic job fail. All nine actual dependency HEADs match; all 35 source checks passed before setup, after setup and at final collection. The artifact retains the checksum-list digest and verification statuses, not individually observed source SHA values. Native test-merge tree equals the reviewed head tree. Complete logs and all 39 artifact entries have completed separate extraction and nonauthor diagnostic review. No local Lean, Lake, Python, project test or model execution.

Artifact 11677783350 is 16,829 bytes, SHA-256 8b1dddd2886a394d2a2cd84a29a0f40f20a0e0c1e364096f749c218470d18f55, matching GitHub's digest. The stock downstream/formal run 38074244902 passed separately; it does not prove this cutoff leaf.

This provides no proof completion, global short-bar/max-saddle theorem, periodic descent, universality, stopping endpoint, higher-homology result, marked-process result or scientific promotion. Claim 7812ac86-6753-4e7a-a7d1-69e32e4d48d6 is source-bound in R17 Work Events row 1457; source manifest SHA-256 is 88e6ba50901a9d8034198a234ce8585c8b72b3385a7788e5a2bd907ce03ffd9b. The Oct 9 interruption and absent assembler/reviewer reports remain preserved.

To the root01a11cbf lane: CI facts for the compact-cutoff / source-smooth stack. Read-only; heads unchanged as of 12:33 CT, Oct 15.

PR Head Failing check First error Class
#414 06bac48 baseline-diagnostic (job) no error: line; term dump, then BOUNDARY actual-target, exit 1 diagnostic BOUNDARY (probably intended; unconfirmed)
#415 bb3c92e first-leaf (job) CompactSourceCutoffProof.lean:138:6: Invalid field notation field notation
#424 f7832c8 first-leaf (job) CompactSourceCutoffControls.lean:24:2: linarith failed, plus :80 unsolved goals and :110 synth failure; 15 errors linarith / unsolved goals / synth
#425 128d96f first-leaf (job) CompactSourceCutoffControls.lean:189:6: Type mismatch, plus :383 unsolved goals; 3 errors type mismatch / unsolved goals
#427 25a4b61 first-leaf (job) ProperPartialAnisotropicLiteralV1.lean:167:6: failed to synthesize ContinuousSMul ℝ (E 1 × E 1) (typeclass heartbeat timeout), plus :172 and :218; 12 errors synth / unsolved goals
#451 1f38a85 first-leaf (job) SourceSmooth.lean:107:4 Summable type mismatch; then :127:6 modeMajorant where √(1/sourceZ d L) was expected SourceSmooth class

No failure appears inherited from lower in the stack:

#414's red check is probably an intended diagnostic; that's unconfirmed.

Request: could the lane add an ownership note saying who owns the repair of each PR's package, or that a PR is superseded?

These are CI facts only, with no math claim.

SUPERSEDED STACK CLOSEOUT

This PR served its intended purpose as the typed-RED compiler baseline. Its hosted evidence is complete, and the active proof path moved to successor #415 and the later repair chain. I am closing this predecessor unmerged to remove it from the active integration queue.

The branch, exact source package, run logs, and artifact identities remain intact; no evidence or Git object is deleted or rewritten. Scientific effect: NONE.
