C77 nonauthor review of the new conditional collision deduction
Verdict: PASS — scoped and conditional. No unresolved blocking mathematical error was found in Theorem D or Corollary E at the final bytes below. This is a review of the new implication from the named inputs. It is not a fresh review or acceptance of the imported Gaussian parent proofs.
Reviewer: OpenAI/Codex delegated subagent /root/c77_nonauthor_review. I did not draft or edit the candidate proof or its source proofs. I read the author manuscript and the exact source statements listed in SOURCE_HASHES.json, and sent two findings back to the author. I am from the same provider as the author: provider-distinct credit 0, same-organization independence credit 0. Dylan Roy's personal reading is PENDING. Scientific effect NONE. No checkout file, GitHub resource, Drive resource, register or scientific status was changed by this reviewer.
This is the primary review of the new C77 proof, not a full parent rereview. The source-exposure column in SOURCE_HASHES.json distinguishes complete-file reading, checked interface sections and context-only reading. Historical review 5360227991 was inspected through its pinned local record; I did not independently authenticate the remote GitHub review during this task.

Theorem D
- Localization is sufficient for every omitted ordered pair. The chosen cutoff
delta_r=sqrt(r)obeys both TS(T1) limits. TS(L1) with q=2 bounds(N_r)_2-(N_in)_2, which counts every ordered pair with an endpoint outside the microscopic ball. This includes close remote pairs and does not require a global estimate uniform near the witness diagonal. - The limiting diagonal has zero measure. TS(L3) supplies convergence of finite measures against bounded continuous pair tests, including total mass. It is not merely a one-point intensity limit. The limiting pair consists of the two distinct spatial roots of the cubic, so its spatial coincidence diagonal has zero mass. The orthogonal embedding into the physical limiting coordinates preserves their distinction. No finite-r simplicity argument is substituted for this limiting statement.
- The cutoff proof uses the correct order of limits. For fixed eta, phi_eta is bounded and continuous on the full marked product space, even though it has no compact support. Finite weak convergence therefore applies. Eventually epsilon(r)<=eta. The local lifts are isometric for these pairs once 2 delta_r<L/2. Taking r->0 first and eta->0 second gives zero by dominated convergence for the finite limiting pair measure. No varying-radius convergence rate or spatial total-variation convergence is required.
- The multiplicity insertion is controlled. Ordered counting makes
C_r>=2wheneverC_r>0. The pathwise boundN_r^p C_r<=N_r^(p+2) 1{C_r>0}and the ordinary moment of order2p+4imply the displayed normalized Cauchy-Schwarz estimate. Its first factor stays bounded and its second tends to zero. Fixed p, including p=0 with the stated convention, is valid. - The original numerator has the claimed order. The exact identity is
E_Q[W_r N_r^p C_r]=Z_r E_P[N_r^p C_r]. The full normalizer is asymptotic toz_0 r^2; hence the numerator iso(r^5). No determinant weight, pin density, conditioning event or normalizer is duplicated.
These steps prove the three Theorem D claims pointwise for fixed marks, frame, d and L, conditional on the exact source interfaces. They do not provide a compact-uniform little-o or an algebraic rate.
Corollary E
The Borel count mark is admissible at the inherited regularity scope. On the Morse/isolated-root locus, separated compact domains give a measurable critical-point counting kernel; the height and distance tests are Borel in the field, locations and parameters. Exhaustion removes the pin and pair diagonals. Canonical Gaussian regression then gives measurable expectations. E2, the replacement Section 9, supplies equality of the whole-field Borel marked measures. Monotone truncation extends it to this nonnegative unbounded count mark. Continuity of C_r is neither asserted nor needed.
The compact majorant is properly sourced in the final manuscript. C6 Theorem Q is only for factorial orders q>=2. DL Theorem G_d (1.7), already imported in C6 Section 7, supplies the compact-uniform first moment. Finite Stirling expansion gives all fixed ordinary moments uniformly on the compact birth/gap/frame domain. Thus m_p/r^3<=C uniformly, while Theorem D supplies only pointwise convergence to zero. The parent's uniform bound on A_r and k_->0 complete the integrable majorant. Finite sphere area and compact birth/gap intervals make the mark domain finite. No exchange of pointwise and uniform convergence is hidden here.
The units are correct. The inherited intensity is per midpoint volume:
r A_r m_p dr db dk d sigma, with A_r=12 pi_r Z_r/r^2.
The sphere measure is ordinary area. Maximum and saddle roles already order the pin pair, so no new half-factor appears. The witnesses are separately counted as ordered pairs. Under ell=kr^3,
r dr/dell=(1/3) k^(-2/3) ell^(-1/3) and R^3=ell/k.
Extracting m_p(R)/R^3 yields exactly (1/3) ell^(2/3) k^(-5/3) A_R[m_p(R)/R^3]. Dominated convergence proves the stated explicit density version is o(ell^(2/3)). Integrating it gives o(t^(5/3)), with antiderivative factor 3/5. The statement about other density versions is correctly only almost everywhere. Inserting a global elder indicator produces a dominated positive submeasure, so the same estimates follow without independence of the indicator and the count.
Findings and disposition
- R1 — source precision, resolved. Initial text did not explicitly identify the first-moment interface needed for compact domination. The final proof and source map name C6 Section 7 and DL(1.7), and explicitly avoid replacing compact uniformity by SC's fixed-mark statement. No change to the mathematical mechanism was required.
- R2 — control portability, resolved. The advertised normal and optimized commands initially failed under default Python 3.9.6 because
int.bit_countwas unavailable. The author changed it tobin(bits).count('1'). I reran both advertised commands against the final file; each exited 0 and its output exactly matches RESULTS.json. The failure and repair concern engineering reproducibility, not the analytic theorem.
There are no open blocking mathematical findings. The three abstract examples support their intended logical boundaries: moment bounds do not prevent diagonal limiting mass, weak convergence need not have an algebraic rate, and a small event probability alone does not control counted mass. The rational slow-convergence control is a discrete analogous family; it is not a numerical proof of the logarithmic asymptotic.

Fresh commands:
python3 -B -S frontiers/subpin_collision_20261002/controls.pypython3 -B -O -S frontiers/subpin_collision_20261002/controls.py
Both outputs have SHA-256 dd63e84061362e07a79356a190b160e2f8cf5ed5ff4833536b10fae309b22f4f, verify 13 source digests, and cover 33,868 simple witness graphs. Their exact arithmetic covers the declared finite count inequalities, examples and coarea exponents. These are not analytic limit proofs, a semantic mutation harness, Gaussian parent verification, formal verification or remote-review authentication.
The verdict retains all TS/SC/CUB/RM/C6/DL/P assumptions, including the parent's E1, E2 and reconciliation reading rule. It does not enlarge any upstream acceptance. It gives no uniform k->0 tail, changing-dimension or changing-volume result, numerical constant, finite-radius rate, witness-pin collision theorem, shared-endpoint theorem, scale-r doublet exclusion, or domination of every bad geometric configuration. It does not resolve PR242/243/244, close a historical scientific gate, certify the entire research programme, or change the separately sourced actual-bar route.

C77 COMPLETE — conditional sub-pin collision deduction, reviewed and integrated. Landed commit Theorem D gives E_P[N^p C_r]=o(r³), P(C_r>0)=o(r³), and E_Q[W N^p C_r]=o(r⁵) for ordered additional-witness pairs at separation ≤r epsilon(r), epsilon(r)→0. Corollary E gives compact-positive-gap lifetime density o(ell^(2/3)) and cumulative o(t^(5/3)). All named parent hypotheses remain premises. There is no convergence rate, uniform k→0 extension, exclusion of order-r doublets, or assertion that every bad persistence configuration is dominated by this mark. Scope note — not a register execution.#245 merged 2 Oct as a conditional sub-pin bound: additional height-window critical points separated by o(r) have conditional weighted count o(r^3); the compact-mark lifetime pushforward is o(ℓ^{2/3}). The public body says scientific effect NONE. It consumes Math-#166's ordered-pair law. It does not write GRAPH, STATUS, or lemma_closed, and it does not take math.rn-region.witness-collision off OPEN_ACTIVE. #183 is still not executed. Does not close #193. Does not flip C8. Same-account landing is not organizational independence. |

Pairs of additional height-window critical points separated by o(r) have conditional weighted count o(r³), including fixed polynomial count insertions. Keeping the original full normalizer gives raw numerator o(r⁵); the exact compact-mark lifetime pushforward gives density o(ell^(2/3)) and cumulative o(t^(5/3)).
The proof consumes Math166's finite weak ordered-pair law and localization, C6 factorial moments, the explicit DL(1.7) first moment, and the repaired parent marked Kac–Rice/coarea interface at exact base a808ba2. The 13-file source map retains all imported hypotheses. No new covariance calculation, uniform little-o, quantitative convergence rate, k→0 tail, or exclusion of order-r doublets is claimed. This does not claim that every persistence-selection failure is dominated by this collision mark.
