# Reviewed mathematics integration — 28 September 2026

Scientific effect: NONE. This is a one-time source/review integration record,
not a replacement for STATUS, PROOF_INDEX, the candidate catalog, or a theorem
promotion register. Existing proof bodies and historical verdicts are unchanged.

## Complete source imports and their reviews

The following existing source heads are included unchanged, with their exact
commits retained as integration ancestors:

| PR | Source head | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Math-#118 | `23b7558943f69a7f479251566b19ba58e75cfc26` | Bipartite overlapping capacity blocks; alternative even/read-two class; original-coordinate coloring and full-price budgets. |
| Math-#120 | `f3e16585338e4c4dc878df43f9117b1b3ed5a479` | Fixed-remote, same-r height decoupling from the actual finite-r location/index marginal. |
| Math-#122 | `245f3d77c9d38f49d13affb9563a266eba92a47b` | Sharp even reference-tail bound and genuine-cover, original-coordinate weighted-load budget. |
| Math-#123 | `3460de746b9dfb15551ca7674aac28811ee957a5` | Three Anthropic review packets, including the amended P15 and height wording. |

Read the reviews under `reviews/p15_overlap_tail_claude_20260928/`,
`reviews/remote_height_claude_20260928/`, and
`reviews/d1_elder_lower_claude_20260928/`. They record source-bound, scoped
ACCEPT judgments, not a fabricated native GitHub approval. All models share the
owner's GitHub account. Provider distinction, source exposure and organizational
independence are different things. In particular Claude authored the imported
remote-collision premise and previously reviewed the parent upper theorem.

Four documentary overclaims were corrected by the review author before this
integration: minimal obstructions are the inclusion-minimal distinct active
blocks; a reference-tail limitation is not a cover-factor impossibility; an
O(r) upper bound is not an optimality result; and three observed ratios do not
prove an asymptotic rate. Original proof bodies, check scripts and verdicts were
not altered by these review-wording corrections.

## Partial import from Math-#116 — C1/C2 only

Exactly three pre-existing blobs from source head
`0507e3a1dbd3dede84cbeb805947c70aa16ebc36` are copied verbatim at their original
paths under `frontiers/window_multiplicity_laws_20260928/`:

| File | Git blob |
|---|---|
| ELDER_LOWER_AND_DENSITY_GAP.md | `aaefc8da9668e819591dd9db0b34442394f2362e` |
| LOCAL_MULTIPLICITY.md | `b5c18aac5529c5f975ee5bb056b304debafc6697` |
| SOURCE_MAP.json | `01f090360e7fd4e836e1a9b6d0433a6a46d8c466` |

These are the two proof modules covered by the elder/local review in #123 and
the original dependency map. Their exact-source hashes are also recorded in that
review. The whole #116 head is deliberately NOT an integration ancestor.
The remainder of #116 is NOT merged by this operation.

The selected modules prove a direct planar ordinary-elder failure lower event,
and local multiple-window occurrence, with the stated compact marks and fixed
torus. Their two-sided and lifetime-density consequences retain their separately
named parent upper/weighted-density inputs. Neither a legacy q/p identification,
a numerical lower constant/cutoff, unrestricted-mark statement, nor governing
status transition is inferred here.

The source directory is intentionally PARTIAL. This integration does not copy
its full-packet README, SOURCE_FILES.json, RESULTS or publication claims. Its
remote pair law, distance-moment law and separate HEIGHT_MARKS module remain
pending outside this import. No acceptance of C3-C6 is inherited from C1/C2.

The original #116 algebra.py publication was blocked and is not retried or
reconstructed. The public elder reviewer program is a separately authored
finite check, not recovery or execution of that unavailable author program.
The original SOURCE_MAP's historical replay wording must not be read as a claim
that the absent original suite executed from this partial directory.

## Execution and integration boundaries

The existing public author and reviewer workflows are retained unchanged.
They check their own exact file memberships and finite outputs; a combined-head
run is required before merge. The existing downstream and pinned Lean aggregate
must also actually pass for the current tested integration. A workflow definition
or an older passing head is not that execution evidence.

Actual run IDs, source comparisons and merge readback belong in the integration
PR discussion and main#95. Local versus hosted execution must be distinguished.
The existing Lean scalar package does not formalize these entire new Gaussian
or combinatorial proofs. Nothing here changes required checks or bypasses them.
