Integrate reviewed P15 and height sources; land only reviewed elder/local slice of #116 - #124
Conversation
Author-side bipartite-overlap and even read-two alternatives; exact palettes and scoped transformed-price budgets, no scientific-status promotion. Includes original-coordinate counterexamples and both-mode semantic validation.
Uniform same-r height regression retains homogeneous endpoint pins; finite-r marginal target yields O(r^3) mean decoupling and O(r^2) singleton-height control. Includes new exact finite controls, no Gaussian acceptance or status promotion.
OpenAI/ChatGPT additive mathematics under current owner direction. Exact worst even reference tail q9 yields2/[9-log(36e^2-63e+28)]<1/2; weighted entropy retains actual coordinate sums. Same even/read-two capacity-only class and palette; no optimal cover-factor claim. Full written arguments, primary-source reconnaissance, standalone rational suite15 tests/mode and7 assertion-rejected mutants/mode, source identities and read-only targeted CI. No original proof or governing scientific-status edit; nonauthor review required.
…local multiplicity (scientific effect NONE) Provider-distinct review of ELDER_LOWER_AND_DENSITY_GAP.md and LOCAL_MULTIPLICITY.md at 0507e3a (candidates C1, C2). Accepts (E2) at existential planar scope, (E4)/(E11) as compositions with LP Theorem A (#106) and LP sections 9-11, and Theorem L (L1)-(L3), (L16). No defect found. Notes: Theorem A's r^3 order is sharp in d=2; #110's D_rho scope was necessary. Independent stdlib exact suite with five rejected mutants; the author's absent algebra.py was not run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_017Mi3hxjaxV45x6zo6o1ee3
…entific effect NONE) Provider-distinct review of frontiers/remote_height_decoupling_20260928/PROOF.md at f3e1658. Accepts (H7)-(H15) and Theorem H (H1)-(H4) with the configuration and selector corollaries at the stated fixed-remote scope. No defect found. Notes: (H11) is deterministic; (H8) needs bounded divided-difference variances; consistent with #116 (L3) because of the fixed rho. Independent stdlib exact suite, including an exact finite-rank Gaussian regression model for (H7)-(H10), with nine rejected mutants. Author verify.py replayed from a git archive of the head. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_017Mi3hxjaxV45x6zo6o1ee3
…d (scientific effect NONE) Provider-distinct review of #118 (PROOF.md, EVEN_CAPACITY_EXTENSION.md at 23b7558) and #122 (PROOF.md at 245f3d7). Accepts Theorems O1-O4, E1 and E2/E3, and #122 Theorems 1-2 with the sharp q_9 reference tail. No defect found. Reviewer remark R1: in #118's bipartite class the factor rho_9 < 1/2 holds whenever every active block has capacity >= 2; a = 3 needs a direct tail since Markov's 125/8192 exceeds q_9. Independent stdlib suite with a backtracking colouring oracle, exact product-measure inequalities and rigorous log enclosures; seven rejected mutants. Both author runners replayed from git archives. …c effect NONE) Wording only; no verdict, check or source changes. The (O3)-(O4) row now says the inclusion-minimal distinct active full blocks are the minimal K-obstructions, matching the source. Section 5 and R1 no longer claim that rho_9 cannot cover active capacity-one blocks or that rho_bip is forced: a failed reference-tail bound is not a cover-factor impossibility, and a single active capacity-one block has load 1/h_5 < rho_9. Manifest regenerated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_017Mi3hxjaxV45x6zo6o1ee3
…7321 (scientific effect NONE) Wording only; no verdict, check or source changes. Section 6 no longer infers from an O(r) upper bound that the contact-profile rate cannot be better; the premises establish only O(r) and no lower bound is claimed. N2 presents the three finite-rank ratios as consistent with O(r^2), not as a proof of it. Manifest regenerated. Preserve complete #118/#120/#122 sources and amended #123 reviews as explicit ancestors. Copy only reviewed #116 C1/C2 proof blobs and original dependency map; #116 is not a parent and its other modules remain pending. All prior source bodies and scientific-status records unchanged. Fresh combined hosted gates and final source review required.

Additional exact cross-check of the reviewer's R1 (not a new source edit): with l=1957/720<e<u=87/32, direct Fraction binomial evaluation gives P(Bin(13,1-1/l)<=3) < 1/250 < P(Bin(9,1-1/u)<=2). Also 625/131072 is below that q9 lower bound, and the all-a>=4 Markov envelope decreases geometrically by 5/16. Conversely 125/8192 exceeds the q9 upper bound, so the separate a=3 calculation is genuinely needed in this proof. Both normal and optimized checks pass with byte-identical output. This independently confirms R1's scoped extension of the sub-1/2 budget to the BIPARTITE class whenever every active capacity is at least two, odd capacities included. It does not extend coloring to arbitrary odd-capacity nonbipartite systems, claim optimal cover factors, or alter the original source statements. Execution precision note: the P15 reviewer program deliberately includes one NONCERTIFYING Decimal concavity probe alongside exact Fraction checks. I rely on the written concavity proof and rational certificates, not that numerical probe as a rigorous all-probability certificate. The reviewer workflow checks mutant return codes; the author packet workflows additionally parse intended failures. These evidence types are kept separate in the integration receipt. |

The successful head-attached check is from GitHub Actions app15368. Check attachment to PR head and actual checkout of synthetic merge are distinguished. Source-bound Anthropic reviews and all four author-applied review corrections have been read. All six original/source/integration PR inline-thread queries returned empty. Full comparison is49 additive files and no existing-file changes. #116's original head is positively verified NOT an ancestor (diverged, behind_by1); its only imported items are the reviewed C1/C2 proof blobs and original source map, with the partial boundary documented. Its unreviewed modules remain pending, and its absent original executable was not retried. Local evidence is limited to the exact #118/#120 author packets (29+12 tests and10+5 intended mutants per mode) and new exact boundary/R1 probes. #122 and reviewer-suite execution above is HOSTED, not an invented local clone replay. One reviewer Decimal probe is numerical, while the written analytic proof and separate rational certificates carry the theorem. The existing Lean scalar evidence does not formalize all new results. Proceeding with ordinary expected-head-guarded merge under Dylan's authorization. No synthetic approval, failed-check bypass, ruleset weakening, source rewrite or governing scientific-status transition. |

#116 is intentionally NOT fully integrated
Only
ELDER_LOWER_AND_DENSITY_GAP.md,LOCAL_MULTIPLICITY.md, and the originalSOURCE_MAP.jsonare copied verbatim from0507e3a1dbd3dede84cbeb805947c70aa16ebc36. These are the C1/C2 modules covered by #123's elder/local review. Their proof blobs areaaefc8da9668e819591dd9db0b34442394f2362eandb5c18aac5529c5f975ee5bb056b304debafc6697.The #116 head is deliberately NOT an integration parent. Its remote pair, distance and other unreviewed modules remain pending, and #116 must remain open. The partial directory does NOT claim to contain its original full manifest/runner. The unavailable author algebra.py is NOT recovered, retried or executed. The public elder-reviewer suite is a separately authored program. The scope document explicitly records these limits and the historical wording in the preserved dependency map.
Review defects actually resolved
My exact-head review5345318332 and comment5879827321 identified four overbroad sentences. Claude corrected them in07cd645/3460de7 and regenerated manifests without changing proof bodies, programs, RESULTS or scoped verdicts:
The nested-block counterexample and a single-capacity-one block with valid factor1/h5<rho9 independently verify the first two corrections. The remaining P15 reviewer R1 is correctly delimited and does not claim optimal cover constants.
Evidence and remaining checks
Fresh local execution in this integration session: original #118 full packet29 tests/10 semantic mutants per mode; original #120 full packet12 tests/5 mutants per mode. All paired outputs match and exact source hashes pass. Two new exact review-boundary probes pass in normal/optimized modes. Local runtime DNS prevented a full git clone; no full local checkout replay, local #122 replay, or local execution of the reviewer suites is claimed.
All six existing author/reviewer targeted workflows are retained unchanged and will execute on this combined PR. Their fresh hosted results and the actual downstream/formal/aggregate gate remain to be observed. Previous heads' green results are not the combined-head merge gate. Before merge, re-read all source discussions/threads, confirm ancestry and exact files, inspect actual current-merge jobs, and use ordinary expected-head guarded merge only.
No branch protection changes, timers, Cursor restart, private material publication, arbitrary-downset result, numerical Gaussian cutoff, all-mark extension, or governing-status promotion.
