Recreates #362 (by @sun-970) as an in-repo branch; fork PRs cannot satisfy the required CodeQL check name in branch protection. Content rebuilt verbatim from the fork head, which also carries the full #342 client, so this supersedes both #342 and #362.
For #339 (does not auto-close it): Android CI actually exists (gradle test, JDK 17 + Android SDK, no removed SDK tools package); exponential WebSocket reconnect 1/2/4/8/16s capped at 5 attempts; sending a command requires an explicit role tap in the org tab; release builds enforce HTTPS with debug-only cleartext for local hosts.
