feat(android): Kotlin native RoleWeave client #339
Description
What to build
A native Android app (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose), not a web skin. Pair with a running RoleWeave desktop, preview the org, send one command. Layout follows Material 3: NavigationBar, top app bar, full-bleed list.
Acceptance criteria
- Android Studio / Gradle project, minSdk 26, Compose
- Pairing uses phone-link.v1
- Org list from
GET /api/mobile/workspace - Commands run on the desktop host
- This directory does not share UI code with iOS or HarmonyOS
Non-goals
- Play Store submission or running the Agent on device

已完成：PR #382 已合入完整 Kotlin/Jetpack Compose Android 客户端（包含 #342 全量内容），并补齐 CI、指数退避重连、显式角色选择与 release HTTPS 约束。
