This PR adds a new
posix-riscv64CI job to the GitHub Actions workflow, expanding test coverage to the RISC-V 64-bit architecture.The job uses QEMU user-mode emulation to run cross-compiled RISC-V binaries. The required cross-compilation and emulation packages are installed via
apt-get.
