Date the changelog section and bump the package version. The changelog was consolidated and checked against the code in #541, which also fixed the README modifiers table; the public materials were audited and the ownership audit found nothing in house-rules that must leave (the audited revision differs from this one only in changelog wording). The packed tarball verifies.

The audit corrections for the 0.19.0 release, in two commits. The release commit (dated changelog section,
package.json0.19.0) follows in a separate pull request once these land, so the audit corrections reachmainfirst.docs(changelog): the 17 Unreleased entries become 10. Entries that described iterations of one concern are merged into the behavior that ships, and transient figures (byte counts, eval pass rates, a stale "17 core sections") are gone. The entries are checked against the code. This found one wrong claim (the setup skill recommends House default,--questions core, not Model default) and the bot's review rounds corrected three more.docs(readme):7c999a9committed merge-conflict leftovers in the README's modifiers table (a<<<<<<< HEADline, a second copy of the table with its markers mangled by the formatter). The table is now one table with the updatedeffort-estimatesrow and thetext-only-questionsrow.Public materials checked: README, overview and social preview images, repository description, homepage and topics. Ownership audit: nothing in this repository must leave.
Held unmerged until #540 merges or closes, because both edit
CHANGELOG.md. After #540 lands this branch is rebased, and #540's entry goes under Unreleased.Checks:
bun run check, bun test test/andbun test skills/pass on the earlier head; the later commits change changelog text only, and the format check passes.
