Retry the DMG detach while Finder still holds the volume - #20

After package-dmg.sh has Finder lay out the DMG window, Finder can keep the volume busy for a moment, and hdiutil detach fails with "Resource busy". It failed CI three times in a row on one pull request and can fail a release the same way. The detach now retries for up to ten seconds, then forces it.
