What does this pull request do?

What's New's filter and group titles now look like the rest of the app: the app's segmented control, and section titles as Home draws them, instead of colored pills and tags.

Release note

Improved: What's New's filter looks like the rest of the app

The switch that shows only new features, improvements or fixes in What's New is now the same one the app uses elsewhere, and each group is titled the way the app titles its sections.

What's New with its filter and group titles

Current behavior

The filter was a row of pill chips with a colored dot each, and each group opened with a colored tag (green New, blue Improved, amber Fixed): a look nothing else in the app has.

Behavior with this pull request

  • The filter is SegmentedControl, as the shelves list, pending changes and the command log pick what they show: "All 17 · New 2 · Improved 2 · Fixed 2 · Other changes 11", the count quiet beside each name. One Tab stop; ← → pick.
  • Each group is titled as a section ("NEW 2"), small, uppercase and quiet, as Home titles "Recent"; no color of its own.
  • Group titles are headings (h4) above the note titles (h5), so a screen reader's heading list shows the groups.

How it was implemented

  • A refactor renames the filter's data filterChips/FilterChip to filterSegments/FilterSegment.
  • NoteGroup.tone and its colors are gone (the test of them too): no decision about color is left.
  • A new ui/SectionTitle (a name, an optional count, a heading level) holds the look Home's section titles had; Home moves to it in a refactor commit (its CSS keeps only where the title sits), and What's New uses it. Its margin reset is :where(.title), so the class that places a title wins whatever the stylesheet order.
  • Not changed: DetailsSection's title, which carries an action and a card, keeps its own styles for now.

Behavior changes

None beyond the look.

Checklist

  • npm run typecheck and npm test pass (8,569).
  • Seen working in a development build with UVCS_PREVIEW_UPDATE: light at 1280 px, dark at 600 px, picking Fixed shows only fixes; Home's section titles unchanged; headings read H4 New 2, H5 <note>; the accessibility snapshot names a segment "Fixed 2"; console clean.
  • npm run e2e: not needed; no view, startup or cm command changes.
  • Reviewed in a clean context. Fixed for it: the section-title look copied a third time (now SectionTitle); group titles not headings; a doubled gap before the count. Not fixed: commit 35ce74a removes NoteGroup.tone one commit before the dialog stops using it, so that single commit doesn't typecheck; history isn't rewritten.
  • docs/ says what's now true: docs/features/updates.md "What's New".

Fixed issues

None.
