Overview

Track the phased cleanup to remove MauiProgram.Container service-locator usage from the MAUI app.

Goal

Move the app from global MauiProgram.Container access to explicit DI and composition-root boundaries only.

Phases

• #691 Phase 1: Make MauiProgram startup less global
• #692 Phase 2: Remove page-level service location
• #693 Phase 3: Refactor ShellNavigationService to use DI
• #694 Phase 4: Remove MauiProgram.Container usage from builder extensions
• #695 Phase 5: Remove the MauiProgram.Container bridge

Success Criteria

• No production code depends on MauiProgram.Container.
• The app still builds and starts.
• Page resolution and navigation continue to work.
