Phase 1: Make MauiProgram startup less global #691
Description
Scope:\n- Keep MauiProgram.Container only as a temporary bridge.\n- Replace the mutable static field with a safer startup pattern.\n- Preserve current app startup behavior.\n\nAcceptance criteria:\n- Analyzer complaint on MauiProgram.Container is removed.\n- App still builds and starts.\n- No behavior change beyond the bootstrap refactor.
