Summary

• Fix subscription response normalization for enumerable collection types returned by the API.
• Prevent subscription IDs, tags, and health values from being collapsed into one oversized HTML row.
• Add regression coverage for ArrayList-style wrapped responses.

Follow-up to #820 and addresses the deployed formatting issue from #814.
