Summary

• Enumerate the subscription API array at the provider boundary.
• Produce one health detail row per returned subscription.
• Keep the aggregate Subscription Service summary row and remove unnecessary flattened-response parsing.
• Add regression coverage for Invoke-RestMethod returning an array as one pipeline object.

Follow-up to #820, #821, and #822.

Verification

• Ran the script against the configured local subscription service: 26 detail rows produced.
• Full Pester suite: 47 passed, 0 failed.
