Written-by: Codex Fixes #2377 on `delivery/ai-centric-development-service`, after #2406. Add `attempt.continuation-state` and explicit configure-authorized `task.run.continuation`. Continue revalidates and preserves the old seed/admissions; latest pins expectedBaseSha while retaining drafts for explicit integration. Commit successor intent before filesystem effects, retain cancelled history and fresh verification, and carry the choice through the original quota queue. Ending a pool Attempt ends its canonical Run; unknown workers/leases still retain capacity. Includes red/green/fault/queue regressions, long-term memory, dated decision, architecture, API inventory/OpenAPI and generated patches. Historical snapshot narratives archived verbatim to keep the existing role-policy byte cap unchanged. Full root verify4,946/0 and exact-head Node24/tests-ok pass at `53d39b800` (full SHA in commits). Five continuation/queue cases and prior affected132 pass; measured host-file coverage is not whole-change 100% branch coverage. Real Git/emulated Docker transport is distinct from real SDK/Docker resume and live OpenToday acceptance. Pairing correctness/security/conventions has no unresolved blockers. No live task/resource/credential/deployment changes or independent Verifier PASS. Owner-authorized delivery basic CI scope.

Preserve drafts, input/PR semantics, stop cancellation and Agent choice; expose specific checkpoint blockers to Chief.Includes long-term memory, dated decision, architecture, operations, complete API inventory/OpenAPI, generated patches and red/green regressions. Tests cover failed/no-op persistence inside the pool, repeat requests, native/SDK/Chief proof, mismatched allocations, pending results/writes, cancellation and generation races.
Validation: full root verify4,941/0 at4239a9a9; final head
