Reuse role App credentials for Actions view/list and explicit exact download hosts under the existing limited proxy; no general URL broker or workflow writes. Report paged checks/statuses, source SHA/hash and incomplete results honestly. Transfer the current immutable host-test log into Reviewer scratch with size/hash/candidate/authority checks, retaining readonly source. Distinguish network, credentials, App permissions and missing objects without exposing provider stderr. Includes red/green/fault/scope regressions, long-term memory, dated decisions, owned architecture/role guidance, OpenAPI and generated patches. Historical memory is archived verbatim; unchanged context cap passes. Validation at `0383ae5c1649f768a1a4ea5d5096f3c3205b04a5`: targeted88/0; actual pinned SDK/CLI developer+reviewer fixtures2/0 locally and2/0 in Docker (scoped helper, readonly source, scratch log, token absent from persisted history). The real SDK caught duplicate allowlist validation; adapter and actual CLI now share one domains function. New artifact helper100% lines/functions,92% branches; optional metadata/default-role branches and whole-change coverage are not claimed. Final full root verify running. Actual installed App/private PR/network/download acceptance is NOT substituted by fixture responses; no live App/config/credentials/deployment changed. Pairing correctness/security/conventions: no unresolved blockers. Owner-authorized delivery basic CI scope; no independent Verifier PASS.

Commit successor intent before filesystem effects, retain cancelled history and fresh verification, and carry the choice through the original quota queue. Ending a pool Attempt ends its canonical Run; unknown workers/leases still retain capacity.Includes red/green/fault/queue regressions, long-term memory, dated decision, architecture, API inventory/OpenAPI and generated patches. Historical snapshot narratives archived verbatim to keep the existing role-policy byte cap unchanged.
Full root verify4,946/0 and exact-head Node24/tests-ok pass at
53d39b800(full SHA in commits). Five continuation/queue cases and prior affected132 pass; measured host-file coverage is not whole-change 100% branch coverage.
