Switch workshop paper to PTA camera-ready; stop hosting website PDF - #33

Replace the anonymous submission build with dashvmc-camera-ready.tex using the provided [dblblindworkshop, final] template, restore authors, acknowledgments and the project-page link, and point the Makefile, CI and target notes at the new build. The website links to arXiv, so nothing references docs/static/pdfs/dashvmc.pdf. Remove the file, the CI copy/commit steps (dropping write permission), and the Makefile website target. CI still builds and uploads both PDFs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Prepares the PTA @ NeurIPS 2026 camera-ready (deadline Nov 25, 2026 AoE) and drops the unused website PDF.
Camera-ready (
f7d63f1f)paper/dashvmc-submission.tex→paper/dashvmc-camera-ready.tex, using the provided template with[dblblindworkshop, final]. The footer now reads "40th Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS 2026). Workshop: PTA: From Pretrained Representations to Acting Agents." Line numbers are gone, and the old custom footer override is removed.paper/neurips_2026.styis now a verbatim copy of the organizers' template. It brings back 5 unused checklist macros; the output is unchanged.main.tex:ackenvironment. One shared macro holds the text for both builds.\ifdashvmcsubmissionis renamed to\ifdashvmcworkshop.needspacekeeps "Our contributions are:" with its list, so the line no longer sits alone at the bottom of page 1.make submission→make camera-ready.
