Add Website/Code icon links to the camera-ready - #35

The FAIR preprint header carried these links; the workshop build had only one inline project-page link. Show both, centered below the abstract.
Replace the two-line URL block under the abstract with a single centered line of black Website/Code icon links between the authors and abstract.

Summary
Follow-up to #33, which was merged before these commits were pushed. Adds the project page and code links to the PTA camera-ready. The FAIR preprint header had them, but the camera-ready did not.
fontawesome5is loaded only in the workshop build. The FAIR preprint is unchanged, and the package ships with TeX Live, so arXiv can compile it.Reviewer notes
