The README and the Claude harness reference told a Claude Code user to run
/plugin update cairn@cairnand/reload-plugins. Without a marketplace refresh first,/plugin updatereinstalls the version the marketplace last saw, so the user stays on the old skills.Per the Claude Code docs,
/plugin marketplace update <name>in a session refreshes the marketplace and updates the plugins installed from it, and closing the panel runs/reload-plugins(or warns about the prompt cache, where/reload-plugins --forceapplies it). Both places now give that one command, followed byuv tool upgrade cairnandcairn hook install --harness claude.
