ATI Net F/T driver (ros2_control hardware plugin), requested in #103. Not released in rosdistro (only a source entry; ros/rosdistro#52786 was closed), so an additional recipe from the upstream tag 0.4.0. Linux only: it uses POSIX networking. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #103:
netft_driver, the ATI Net F/T sensor driver (a ros2_control hardware plugin), for rolling on Linux.distros/rolling/rosdistro_additional_recipes.yaml, from the upstream tag0.4.0(netft/ros-netft).if: linuxblock ofshared/vinca.yaml: it uses POSIX networking, as the request says.Built locally, rolling linux-64:
ros2-netft-driver 0.4.0(_32), with its recipe tests.build:none, because a PR build of rolling would rebuild all of rolling while its rebuild is still running.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
