The manifests guide tells readers to clone the runtime with "git clone git@github.com:linglongdev/org.deepin.Runtime.git -b v23", but the v23 branch no longer exists on that repository: it has been renamed to deprecated/v23 (git ls-remote only shows refs/heads/main and refs/heads/deprecated/*), so the documented command fails with "Remote branch v23 not found in upstream origin". Update the zh and en guides to use -b deprecated/v23, which still contains the scripts the following steps rely on (depend-deb-list.sh and tools/download_deb_depend.bash, verified via the GitHub API).
