Reorganizes the documentation around concise RNA, ATAC, and CITE-seq core workflows; adds pinned CELLxGENE rheumatoid-arthritis examples; separates Scanpy and Seurat migration guidance; and moves diagnostics and artifact mechanics into focused advanced pages. Also makes WNN the explicit public default, adds provenance-filtered artifact discovery and modality-weight plotting, refreshes all executed caches, and validates the full suite.
