Summary

Closes #322.

Added an explicit inline rationale comment to maintenance-pool::withdraw (contracts/maintenance-pool/src/lib.rs:206-215) explaining that maintenance pool payouts target a single maintainer address, so calling mergefi_common::compute_split (which handles multi-recipient largest-remainder rounding) is not required for single-recipient transfers.
