feat(data): convert FreeMASTER oscilloscope text to CSV - #721

Recognize the oscilloscope marker and tab-separated measurements, preserve their text as CSV, and offer the existing CSV preset on text donuts. Addresses #571.
The CSV slot on the text donut's back would show for every .txt file and fail for anything that isn't a FreeMASTER oscilloscope export. The TXT → CSV route stays (CLI, and a CSV preset the user adds to the text donut); the default slot and the schema 55 step that added it are dropped. @Stamina9's #708 (their commit, unchanged), plus one change on top: no CSV slot on the text donut by default.
.txtexport (the# Oscilloscope Datamarker, a tab-separated header and rows) converts to CSV, keeping every field as text. Ordinary.txtand rows with a different number of columns are refused with an explanation. Thetxt → csvedge is direct-only, so other text routes don't change..txtand fails for anything that isn't a FreeMASTER export, so it's dropped together with the schema step. The route works from the CLI and from a CSV preset added to the text donut in Settings → Donut toolbar.Supersedes #708 (its branch doesn't allow maintainer edits). Addresses #571.
