Feature Description

Implement caching for fetch results in the day view to boost performance. Wait until after the data store is moved from localStorage to the DB. The goal is to reduce network requests and improve responsiveness when viewing and editing events.

Use Case

Performance boost for day view interactions; makes the calendar feel snappier, especially for users with lots of events.

Additional Context

Hold off until the localStorage-to-DB migration is completed. This can be a post-migration optimization.
