Description

Priority

Medium (nice to have)

Feature Description

Improve the following aspects of the daily planner

Agenda Column

Grid

  • Position the Now line accurately based on the current minute

Event styling

  • Adjust event color based on priority
  • Use tailwind colors | comment link
  • Custom preview tooltip when hovering over events (not just the default browser one)
  • Style the toast colors (react-toastify).
    • Make the toast styled the same as on the week view. You can see how those look by migrating a month event

Agenda Event CRUD

Deleting Event

  • R-click context menu (same as for tasks)

Shortcuts
Task List - Future

  • Migrate task between days using arrow click or ctrl + meta + arrow shortcuts

Shortcuts overlay

  • Refactor so that it's part of a floating sidebar. It's currently in fixed position to the left, which makes it feel less consistent with the other view

Out-of-scope

  • Support better overlapping styles by adjusting the event widths. This is tricky because the column is so narrow. So, we can't simply halve the width like we currently are on the main grid.
  • Cache fetch results. This'll be a big performance win, but let's wait until after we move the store from localStorage to the DB.

Use Case

This'll make it easier for users to plan their day
