Change and mathematical scope

Supplies actual generated GCC plugin-header/configuration data tied to the exact installed GCC build by matching SHA256/size rows in retained changes and buildinfo, plus bounded ar/control/directive parsers. The view records21 ordered tm.h includes,11 guarded distro defaults, five configure-default entries and a38-member/38-edge literal graph.

This is an individually completed prerequisite component in the original C05/full named V03 assignment. Complete C05, complete V03, effective configuration, original execution and runtime qualification remain open. No performance or κ gain is claimed.

Task and overlap

Task-card scope is changed to this concrete code increment; the user-assigned original C05/full V03 completion criteria are unchanged. Base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a; published head 97dd394ce1ddf00cc80dfdaad71767fdbc85af47; tree 8ccf73c9a29e66c0f91d3ef535f57abb19600d61 matches byte-checked local commit 4a1577e41acf254bef52bfadbfcffca42bc9159d. 535 new files, one commit.

Canonical investigation #6321. #6362 (120072d58ddb46f0e02886756243174d41fce42e) provides the earlier partial input-edge/source/data helpers. #6363 (a8cf650b7435ccea237084e491e339f725c0a35b) provides exact parent/domain compatibility findings and the bounded related-PR graph. This adds the reviewed implementation and cold inputs for its named scope; it does not replace the original activity with a finite test.

Validation

Executed locally with Python3.12:

python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-gcc-generated-config-data --check-only
python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-gcc-generated-config-data
python3 scripts/check_research_commit.py --package research/h25-gcc-generated-config-data

29 new pure controls passed in normal Python and -O. Independent Sol Max source/delta review accepted the bounded recorder after fixing archive-offset variable clobber and forged embedded-report provenance; cross-export and documentation-delta review passed. The packet contains all472 pinned headers, the exact1,451,870-byte raw package, build/embedded/compiler-member reports, preserved rejected sources, and licenses.

Registered replay uses only new code and committed inert source/data inputs. No original module, Root/provider/parent, compiler/native target, namespace or scientific workload runs. Actual hosted checks will be recorded after submission, bound to this exact head.

The recorder preserves conditions without evaluating them. One angle-include edge, cpplib.h, remains unresolved rather than classified absent. Final installed-stage driver/preprocessor/prefix definitions, specs, multilib and option initializers remain open after a retained HTTP503 build-log failure. No decoder, acquisition or installed compiler executes in registered replay. The already-correct v1 acquisition report is distinguished from the defective pre-review parser code; v2 metadata is not called fresh decoding.

The source unit closed09:42:53UTC on2026-11-02; its sole repair window remained inside the fixed hour. Publication adapters/checks are separate. Original43.5%/22of49,stage2/10,milestones1/10,24components and52helpers remain unchanged. No original budget expanded: recorded guard debit94.550533479/2400 is not full physical cost; preparation/review/publication/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. App goal separately observed paused.

Credit

Copied GCC/generated headers retain GNU notices, GPL3 and Runtime Library Exception texts. New original parser/glue is Apache-2.0. Checksums/publisher association do not imply signature verification, regeneration or installed semantic equivalence.

ChrisR/Clear1nsight with substantial ChatGPT Pro/Codex/Sol Max implementation and independent agent source/export review. Retain original authors, PR6321/6029/5864 lineage, unpaidmoon/Cursor Grok for6339 and DouglasR.Colkitt's native/circuit/verification lineage. Agent and finite-test acceptance remains distinct from human, proof-kernel and original qualification.

See the package README. Complete actual configured/query-producing rules, witness closure and immutable interval; integrate the separately reviewed operand/context and prefix components with the authentic parent/control route; preserve all original caps, raw first-error ownership and stage/command/funding/execution gates. A further Pro consultation is auditing coverage by construction as a conditional alternative; no changed instance, native policy or assurance premise is adopted by this PR.

Delivery verified at head 97dd394ce1ddf00cc80dfdaad71767fdbc85af47, canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. This draft has one commit and maintainer edits disabled.

Hosted run 41426967594, attempt 1, completed SUCCESS at this exact head: planning, actual registered package replay, and committed-input checks passed. Local registered replay and committed-byte checks passed; 29 new fixture methods ran under both normal Python and -O. These checks do not execute original compiler/native/Root/V03 workloads.

Canonical handoff and remaining obligations. Full C05 and full V03 remain open, original weighted completion remains 43.5%, and no runtime admission, new scientific budget, merge or frontier adoption is implied. Preserve original authorship, source notices and the PR6321/6029/5864/6339 lineage; implementation and review used Pro/Codex/Sol Max assistance. Costs outside recorded guarded debit remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.
