Change and mathematical scope

Archive the completed source audit of the finite-cover alternative for C05. The corrected conditional statement bounds exogenous file origins by the frozen input set; actual reads may also use earlier generated artefacts. Exact original conditions permit a conforming fresh copied stage as a candidate class, while still requiring its independent admission. The archive records the acyclic bootstrap/self-hash obligation, separate parent/child bounds, and the strict V03 observer's already completed limited repair.

This is a source audit, with 37 files (474,936 raw bytes), including five exact frozen review/closure records and 14 essential inert source snapshots. It establishes neither a concrete cap-feasible runtime inventory nor a lifetime channel mechanism. The source gate closed before implementation; complete C05 and full V03 remain false. No compiler-correctness, runtime admission, speedup or kappa result is claimed.

Task and overlap

Canonical base: 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. This follows the actual parent/interface audit in #6363 (a8cf650b7435ccea237084e491e339f725c0a35b) and the repaired observer in #6362 (120072d58ddb46f0e02886756243174d41fce42e). Conditional GCC/input components in #6364, #6365 and #6366 remain narrower implementation results. The new value is the corrected provenance formulation and exact-source copied-stage eligibility/self-reference/cap/channel disposition.

TASK.json records the explicit change from the historical portable-replay card to this source-audit publication subtask. The original scientific objective, gates, inventories and denominators are preserved. Current source/reference overlap is bounded to those named PRs and the prior graph; no novelty or global exhaustive search is claimed. All original 43.5%, 22/49 activity, 2/10 stage, 1/10 milestone, 24-component and 52-helper measures remain unchanged.

Validation

With standard-library Python 3.12, from the repository root:

Repository metadata/pins, registered normal/optimized static replay, final committed-byte/source-history preflight, and a separate final 37-file package-only cold copy passed locally. The static checker covers 28 function anchors, nine text spans, 14 literal gates/caps and 56 metadata anchors. Its explicit checks remain active under -O. Earlier embedded cold logs describe an earlier 34-entry archive; the unchanged final 36-entry manifest plus itself was separately checked in both modes, with evidence retained outside the package. Hosted checks will be reported after their actual completion at the published head.

Replay reads hashes, JSON and Python AST/text only. All original source and source tests remain inert .py.txt inputs. It does not execute original tests, Root, compiler, native or namespace work. No private consultation chat, prompt or response is exported; retained consultation hashes are explicitly external historical context. Current Git provenance checks cover the declared base/card inputs and committed bytes, not complete original source history. Local shared-cache warnings for unrelated unmaterialized blobs were preserved.

The app goal was separately observed paused. Recorded guarded policy debit remains 94.550533479/2400 seconds, with the current attempt unapproved; it is not complete physical cost. Outside, preparation, review, publication and final metadata costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Supply one complete F/P/A/K runtime occurrence/layout/consumer/access/alias/mount table, acyclic driver/configuration/witness finalization and actual row/byte/representation/physical-cost bill. Select and justify a concrete original-profile-compatible lifetime channel argument before implementing an image owner. A separate non-minting V03 prefix supervisor is the current Pro follow-up. These obligations remain open; this archive grants no policy adoption, execution reservation, merge or frontier change.
