Part of #147. Found by /legals-update on #212 (PR #215).

Why: slots.mp3 ran to 14.2 s. Shazam heard "Feels Like Tonight" (Daughtry) somewhere in the source recording's 0:10–0:20, and the old cut's last 4.2 s sat in that range.

What: the spectrogram shows the three spins ending at 4.14 s, 8.84 s and 13.47 s. After 13.47 s the level drops about 15 dB, from around −21 dB to around −37 dB RMS, into a quiet tail with only room noise. The file now ends at 13.48 s, with a 10 ms fade-out so it doesn't click. The whole third spin stays (SPINS[2] plays 9.75 + 3.7 = 13.45 s), and the tail goes.

Checked:

• The timing is the same as before: lag 0 against the old file, so SPINS doesn't change.
• No new clicks: the largest sample-to-sample jump is the same as the old file's, and the end fades to near zero.
• Still mono, 48 kHz, 64 kbps, peak −2.7 dBFS; 108 KB (was 114 KB).
• The credit ("cut to its first three spins") is still true. No code or test depends on the length.

For the owner: listen to 0:10–0:13.48 once more, then post the result on #147 so it can close. The tail is gone, but the Shazam match was somewhere in 0:10–0:20, and that range includes the third spin's rattle.
