Research proposal (documentation only)

Adds research/2026-10-25/07-nsl-parity-benchmark-plan.md: a self-contained research hypothesis, exact source anchors, a bounded experiment plan, admission and rejection gates, and explicit non-goals.

No implementation is claimed. This draft PR does not change TF/NSL behavior, runtime code, numerical kernels, or training/inference functionality.

Part of the October 25 NSL × lance-graph brainstorming series. Related baseline: lance-graph #1758, #1762, and ndarray #370–375. Independent test evidence must be supplied before making code/benchmark performance claims.

Review request: validate semantics, available APIs and falsification criteria before assigning implementation to the appropriate repo.

Deep-dive added 2026-10-25

Detailed experimental specification: benchmark manifest, nine independent tasks and mutation-based negative controls.

This adds design detail only. All source/runtime integration, reference execution, measured performance and test evidence remain future implementation work. Please review the acceptance/refusal gates before promoting this draft.
