Research question
How much does versioned counterfactual evidence improve ARM-derived behavioral dependency learning over simple co-activation, and can Datafrog/MORK/RelAlg be used as existing logical/differential analysis arms?
Adds only:
cfa-3-arm-logic.mdwith 12 independent falsifiers, evidence-grade separation, hyperedges, root independence, and matched baseline comparisons. Leverages #1313 and #1359 instead of introducing a new learner or counting engine.Stack: base CFA-2 draft branch; docs only, no tests executed, no law admission or source mutations.
