#1802 merged the D-ONNX-INTAKE-0 capstone with only an INTEGRATION_PLANS index line. Adds the section: INTAKE-0 Shipped (docs only), S1-S5 as INTAKE-1..5, each Queued/not authorized with its gate from the plan's section 4. No other board file changes; SUPERSESSION-INDEX and the entries index are unchanged.
